I just purchased this a month ago. Waiting for them to ship. They said( 1,1/2 month)So far customer service has been great! Im excited to incorporate this into my kit. I also feel this will go up in price as more people buy and it becomes more popular. Thanks for the great review!!
Maybe a couple Alan grub screws to adjust the points gap would be better much like the spring tension. You need an Alan key for that job and unlikely to need gap adjustment in the field. vk5cz..
I was strongly considering this paddle a few years ago when I was planning to build the VN-4002 40m QRP transceiver by Kuniharu "Haru" Ono, JL1VNQ. I have the kit standing by, I just have variable ability to build things, especially when my disability kicks in. But if you watch this short video Haru posted of the radio in action, you'll see it's very compact, there's at least 2 boards, stacked, and it comes with that simple acrylic semi-case enclosure. The PCB mask for the 40m radio is red, so that's the very SUR Kobo key I would buy for it, so they would match. ruclips.net/video/SWyhTrvGILQ/видео.htmlsi=2kY4yUlYCs19X2CH Haru and the club that helped created the VN-4002 comes out with new designs fairly regularly. By the time I managed to buy the kit from Haru, the club had already moved along to a new project. I haven't checked lately, but the club does great work. Great video, Charlie, as always!
I used Chrome and it has a translation feature. It translated almost everything on the website from Japanese to English for me. With out it I couldn't have placed my order.

Great point, Ian.
It looks like a solid key...looks like it's got some weight to it.
Hi Kyle - it's hefty. I kinda like keys with a little weight behind them. I think that's why I liked the Traveler so much.
Looks really smooth on sending for sure. Did you mention the price?
Yes, it was $180 total with just over $50 going to shipping

Looks like it's smoothness would go head to head with my Bamatech key. Thanks for reviewing it. Davey - KU9L
Possibly. The BaMaTech TP-III and this on are both in my top 3 favorites.
Very unique little paddle! 73, Patrick KF4LMZ
Thanks Patrick - I have your email. Just haven't found time to reply yet. Thanks!

Too bad they don't have an USA sales agent. I couldn't translate the Japanese website.
