When you read articles, do you manage your readings in notion? Or where? Can you show how you do research on a particular (biomedical related) topic?

I keep my references on EndNote (cause my university gives us free access), it's a powerful tool to keep track of relevant papers for diff projects + generates bibliographies for you! A free version is Mendely (tested it out and found it very user friendly!).
