Kudos to chef. He has achieved so much experience and excitement for inventing indo Japanese cuisine. Thank you Big Forkers. Really enjoyed the experience. ❤
It’s not about fusion or authentic. What I love is a chef that actually bothers to think about the food. Like pays attention to the menu and takes pride in the craft. Then even a butter chicken will be awesome. Will love to go to this place

I can't thank you guys enough. As a boy who grew up in Mumbai finding great food was easy. Recently came in Delhi, It's so hard to find great food. like mujhe kuch pata nahi kidhar kya milta hai. I heard delhi was a food paradise but when i came here it was nothing what i heard. Thanks to you guys, Now i know Where to go 🙏😁 plus... (Ye Delhi wale Open road per bhi Horn baja ke jaate hai, pata nahi kyu)
I've had a meal there twice and trust me the food is Michelin level good. The drinks are equally dope Comorin and Inja are my 2 fav places in that side of the country

We had really high expectations but we were disheartened after the experience. It all sounds fancy but the food is shit. They really need to work on the flavors and they should use the process/ingredients which is mentioned in the menu and stop making people stupid.

@@TheBigForkers Yes unfortunately once. Was a total disaster. Japanese names with indian masalas. Fusion should have a limit. They managed to butcher India and Japan together somehow. Next they will start with Paneer sushi rolls.
