BB is one of the reasons he was still president with access to these sensitive national documents. He turns my stomach trying to absolve himself. Remember, BB sought the position of AG by signaling to DJT that he would be his RC if DJT made him AG. He is partly responsible for this mess.

It's far worse than that, because Barr helped Trump do exactly what Trump is now (wrongly) accusing Biden of doing, namely politicizing the DOJ. Barr initiated the Durham investigation, which was obviously aimed at punishing anyone who investigated the Trump-Russia connections and discrediting any findings in that area. He pardoned Flynn and Bannon, but he tried to prevent Bolton from publishing his memoir about the Trump administration. He turned the DOJ into Trump's enforcer. Nonetheless, it does matter that he's forcing viewers to hear the truth about the documents case.

There was no "i will wait for the trial to conclude and IF Trump is found innocent"
That's the proper wording for someone that would even consider voting for Trump
If someone is a true conservative. and a true patriot. They want this trial done and Trump declared innocent. They do not want him to use the presidency to hide from it. And have this over his head for 4 years. Imagine having a president with a standing legal problem of being accused of treason and not acquitted. UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE to a true conservative or patriot.

I'm not a Constitutional scholar, but I have read the constitution. Nowhere in it does it say a sitting or past president convicted of a crime doesn't have to serve jail time. Let him serve no time for a crime and we become a third world dictatorship. Truly, that's what would be bad for the country. Lock him up, if a jury finds him guilty.

WHY shouldn't a former president be in prison? WHY? Talk about a two-tier justice system. A former president is a private citizen. If they break the law, they should face the consequences. Period. Remember that old line about justice being blind? THIS is what that line is about. It should not matter one bit WHO the person is, and especially not what JOB the person USED to have. We, the people, want and expect EQUAL justice under the law.
