WHO WE ARE - Andi

Since 2022, Andi is a team leader within the Integration & Validation department, with a primary focus on testing trucks. The team is involved in commissioning and testing various functions and systems, including drivetrains, driver assistance systems, infotainment, high-voltage components, and telematics systems-sometimes conducted directly on the test track. Autonomous driving, sensor technology, and other facets of digitalisation play a crucial role, as the team actively contributes to the development of these innovative technologies shaping the future of mobility.
In his leadership role at EDAG, Andi places great importance on staying vigilant, attentive, and open to new ideas and possibilities. Choosing a path does not mean being obligated to stay on it; decision-making factors can change, alternatives can emerge, and new paths can be explored.
WORKING AT EDAG - ESPORTS COMMUNITY
Andi is a co-founder of the EDAG eSports Community, which has brought together many employees since 2022 to engage in friendly competition. As a team player in both eSports and real life, Andi understands the significance of challenging situations for collective progress and development. Participating in an activity beyond professional responsibilities, alongside team members from different departments and locations, is something he thoroughly enjoys.
