I completely agree with you sir. Fitness is one aspect of our life. I started to like fitness as i started reading information about diet and workout routines of actor's, fighter's, bodybuilders etc since I was 12. But as of now I don't have any income to go to gym and have the best diet and I don't force my parents to get me such things for me as I am 20 now. But one day I will get in fitness on my own resources till then I do cycling 30 min daily and consume simple home-cooked food available.

Few years back I had inguinal hernia and got repaired. I would like to workout to improve my fitness level, gain weight and be in good shape.
Request your advice on the below points.
1.What kind of exercises to be done that can strengthen the area near groin which can prevent the ocurance of hernia especially related to weight lifting.
2.What kind of exercises have the risk of causing hernia. Knowledge of this will help to avoid those excercises.
3.What abs workout can be done without the hernia risk.
It would be great if you can post a video in this regard so others can also be benefited.

I had exam week , I was not able to workout at all . Thank god I tried to prioritise my exam first. So I was able to do good in exams . However I lost some muscles and pump so I don't feel good about my body the way it looks compared to a week before.
