    Hi Craig. Great video. We have a path where each slab is separated by pice of grass. Our dogs keeps digging at the grass sections. Therefore want to lay gravel instead of the grass & for a border around the side of the path. I’ll then use the resin. I’ve got a couple of questions:
    - What is the depth of gravel have to used for the path
    - What base would I need for the gravel
    Thanks in advance

    • @MrandMrsDIY
      @MrandMrsDIY 3 месяца назад

      Thanks mate! This type of pour on only goes to the top layer to keep it all together, my advice would be to prep the base with MOT roadstone, then you can put your weed guard on it, then your stones/gravel! Cheers

    Ace video. Inspiring! What stones are used in this video? If laying a new path driectly on top of a grass lawn, what do you need to place beneath the stones? Hardcore? Or can you get away with just a weed proof membrane?

    • @MrandMrsDIY
      @MrandMrsDIY 2 месяца назад

      So underneath your pathway, it should be prepped properly, I personally would tamper the surface down so its nice and strong, then overlay the membrane over it, because the resin only goes on the surface. Cheers

      I had a company lay my 130 square meter drive with resin bound gravel. He is now serving a 3 year sentence and disqualified from being a company director for 6 years. He had approx 60 customers in court witnessing against him. The product itself is good but a magnet for moss etc.
