Man i been fighting with this on and off for weeks thinking the settings were actually on the fitbit. Thank you so much for your short and sweet video. Its fixed
@@WebproeducationOrgTechnology Yes, and it didn't help since I wasn't having a time zone issue. It was just showing the wrong time. The time zone had nothing to do with it. Fortunately, I found the correct answer on another video.
FYI. This was not my problem. If you haven't powered off/disconnected from phone after making settings changes, just diconnect and reconnect. Should then change and work after reconnecting.
To fix this issue, try the following steps: Sync your Fitbit device: Make sure you've set the correct time zone within your Fitbit app and on your phone. Then, sync your device with the Fitbit app. This should update the time on your Fitbit Versa 4. Check your phone's timezone settings: Ensure that your phone's timezone settings are correct. If your phone's timezone is incorrect, it may affect the time on your Fitbit device. Change the time directly from the Fitbit app: Try changing the time directly from the Fitbit app by following the steps in the article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. If the issue still persists after trying these steps, you may want to try restarting your Fitbit device or contacting Fitbit support for further assistance. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help you with!

I've had the wrong time for a month. Fixed it. Thanks!

Didn't help at all. Mine only shows a time of 6:01, no matter what time it actually is. I need to know what to do if it's not a time zone issue.
