@@jonasengstrom99 what kind of adapter? I'm planning to fit a pwk carburetor on mine but most inlets with 35mm intake diameter have 60mm screw spacing. Way too big for the 42mm spacing that's stock. I thought about drilling the inlets to have 42mm screw spacing but then it probably wouldn't seal properly.
@@reschw9280 thats why you need a plate assembled on the cylinder first. Holes for the original cylinder screws fitted with flat head. Wider holes for the rubber inlet with treads in the plate. Get it without a picture? :) The inlet hole is not possible to grind wider than 24mm = biggest size carb is 24mm

New plastic parts for this awsome bikes is not availeble. Can some one make everything in fiberglass? With white or black gelcoat. Will be strong and not hevy. And easy to paint also.#Update: I have now made fiberglass parts for tsx50. Se my channel. Enjoy😊

Fiberglass parts is now made in Norway for suzuki Ts50x. Rear fender, side panels, tankpanels and chaincase.

How did you manage to fit the tm24 carburetor? Which adapter did you use?
Adapter plate on the cylinder first and then a stage6 inlet that fits the carb. I have some picture if you want.
