When I parked it downtown, I would come back to a crowd of people looking it over like it was the greatest bike on the planet! It had a bright orange gas tank. All original.
In the beginning, it was an air-cooled Engine with internal water -cooling...lol...but that wasn't a problem for the masters with the golden hands! 🛠👌👍
awesome rebuild guys!!!!!!!! great video!!!!!! you did an amazing rebuild on the suzuk. i also love the bolt kit you used to put the cases back together instead of the horrible phillips screws that strip the heads out all the time. could you tell me where i could get such a kit for a 66 k10 suzuki 80? thanks
Armchair mechanic here- If mustie1 taught me anything, it's the importance of thoroughly cleaning your carb. I realise you guys know what you're doing, but the guts on that one looked rough on reassembly, esp. the float-ball chamber... I guess it was Ok though?
Why did you hammer the back on? All You should have done was to pull back up a bit and slide it gently down on the cylinder. You should definitely NOT use a hammer.
Even i watch this video TS 50 many times but still i cannot restore engine on my SUZUKI TS 125...the problem is ...im not good on remembering these little things engine. Man..i wish someone make video about restore ts125 engine.

It’s because they’re not Philips heads. They’re JIS screws, you need a JIS screwdriver and will be fine!

After boring and honing the cylinder , the chamfers were removed from the cylinder windows ?

A small question, if its a two stoke engine, why do you add oil? shouldnt it go mixed with the gasoline?
