Excellent tips! I use this when editing interviews and it is so powerful, and so improved from when Adobe first introduced the ideas. For production work, this lubricates the workflow.

Love the videos. They've been a godsend. Thank you! Just thought I'm mention that I kept doing select and insert and it was inserting all my footage not just what I had highlighted. Then I realized I needed to toggle on the Automatically Set In/Out Points next to the search bar (next to the funnel icon) and sorted!

Thank you! You briefly referenced multi-cam. How does the text-based editing work with that? Can we choose which angle of each text block?
Also, on the idea of this saving days of work - seems like every such time-saving tech that has come along just resulted in clients expecting things that much quicker - not getting more time to work on it. Like the whole NLE shift 😀
Not working at all for me, buggy premiere again. I can get the text I can select the text but when I click add. Nothing...

Nice and useful. I like the direction of Premiere now. Looking at Descript and adds the useful features.
I hope Adobe gets to add a way to remove all the pauses and double takes in a click of a button, as well as the Uhms and aahhhs.....
Also, a neat feature would be to automatically get rid of mistaken takes.
