I lifted a section up with the winch, the clamp failed and everything fell back into the hole. On the way down, the electrical wire went with it and I had stepped in a loop of it. It pulled me over to the well as the pipe fell down. The broken clamp sliced my thigh as it passed by. 1/2" bolt, freshly cut with a band saw. I was pinned to the ground by the weight of the pipes and the pump on one end, and then it wrapped around my calf and was anchored to the winch on the other end. I was there for 5 minutes before I was able to figure out how to free myself. At least I think that is how long it was :) So glad it is all over. I just removed the stitches today.
no torque arrestor your going to wear your wire out and damage the pipe, improper lid isnt a proper seal, vent not legal rodents can get in, no straps on the flex armour, i bet no permits pulled for the electrical installation or plumbing.
The torque arrestor was not recommended. The lid is correct in the 2nd picture (reused the wrong lid initially), vent is legal and has a metal screen, straps have been installed on the flex.
You are probably right. I do appreciate your feedback. For the most part, I am just winging it, with a lot of code reading and RUclips watching :) @@spreerider12
