You seem to have an easy time because youre simply photgraphing items in your room.
I am trying to make road textures and whenevr I take photos the glare of the sun makes it nearly impossible to blend in photoshop (well for a novice like me)
Would it be better to maybe photograph at night with the camera flash on?
You might find that a circular polariser lens filter will cut down on glare from the sun when photographing textures. When shooting at night a flash will certainly help but beware they can look harsh. An off-camera flash where you can control the power output would be a better choice rather than a built-in flash on the camera. We've got lots of training on that at iPhotography.com if you care to take a look ;-)
What are you doing with the photos afterwards? Stock, framing and selling prints?
Such shots could be nice as a framed print in the right room I guess. It's up to the individual photographer as to what they'd like to do with the final shots :-)
@@iPhotographyCo The question was about your intentions.
I thought you meant textures like for 3D models and stuff..
sorry no, we're all about photography only :-)
Hi what kind lens do you use to photograph?
it depends what you want to take photos of. I think in this video a 16mm F/1.6 sigma lens was used :-)
