I am facing same kind situation in my current profile where people make comments on you while asking questions or while asking for help in doing your BAU
I'm working as a Tax Associate in PwC. Mine is also a similar kind of experience. Slowly, I'm getting offers from other Big 4s. But right now, I didn't quit PwC yet
KPMG has very bad work culture. Mostly the digital lighthouse has newly recruited managers who lack leadership and take out their frustration while giving feedback . Worst cmpy to join
When i hear this i feel like people around me are lucky to have me as their collegeaue. If someone ask me a doubt I would take my time and explain them everything I know about that and I think everyone should do that😇
I had left my job in 1 month as i was given only 1 week training and seedha kaam de diya and help lo toh same muh bigadte hai some colleauge were very helpful but vo log bhi kitna help karte and 1 room me continuous 10 ghanta kaam with 1 hr break with no training what a hell it was 😂😂it totally broke my confidence and made me scared of applying to other firms with the fear that it would happen the same. Luckily got a good firm currently but with a completely different role from my studies never mind this is atelast helping me in settling in the corporate world and will help me succeed in my career..in short i understand you girl and your struggle too😂😢
They have work pressure too with deadlines.. true it feels bad but ask your peers rather than your seniors .. understand his situation as well .. try doing some other work until they come back to you.
I had an other way of experience where people when u ask they clear the doubts but complain to manager tht I require hand holding worst at one of the big 4 and managers piss off at u and manager won't even respond to u about his expectations required instead give bad ratings at appraisal which made me lose interest at work
Hi, I recently got offer as a fresher in KPMG as a Software Engineer with 4.5L, can i know how many months the training will be, is there any internal exam which can lead to termination. And am having minimal knowledge on coding

Is sounds more like you want to get away with the technical stuff and move into the roles which MBA were doing. Coding is like that ... we all love programmer salaries but desist the life style they work and pressure they face. The more we are confused with env the more pain there is in life.
Being a Lala like you 😅 We try to be perfect - I have been exposed to two big 4s - in taxation domain. Being from economics background and working in tax roles just not comparable I don’t know why you want to hire a person who is not a CA - These companies should strictly hire CAs

Mba kia tha apne... I was working as a software engineer, maine v job chora but samajh nhi aa rha aage kya kru... corporate culture pasand nhi aaya mujhe... coding me interest nii h but abhi mba kru to ek saal ka gap aa jayega...mai depressed hu,kisise guidance v nhi mil rha...
Hey I’m going through the same situation. I’m in the process to resign from EY due to really toxic work culture and I’ll be preparing for MBA as well. If you’re thinking about gap to itna asar nhi pdta hai jbtk you can justify the gap. A lot of my known have taken gap years and now doing MBA and they tell me the same thing so don’t feel depressed it’s going to be alright :)

I'm telling you from my personal experience...job k sath exam do ekbar..then job choro... ekbar job k sath prepare kar lo...mujhe abhi wahi lag rha h kash job k sath exam de deti ekbar....abhi achha nhi gya to achha clg v nhi milega 🙃 Job me v Shanti nhi tha aur chor ke v nhi h
Yo it’s 2022 you could just tell it to the guys face that you don’t appreciate the tone in which he is speaking to you regarding a professional work related query. And maybe schedule an appointment with HR to communicate your frustration. I work in Melbourne in a big 4 and we do stuff like this all the time where we resolve professional misunderstandings at HR using a mitigator, I thought these situations also got resolved in india in a similar fadhion, but it seems I guess wronged
As far as I know , KPMG , EY really sucks. One can get techno functional roles in PWC US as my work here is mixup of both and I personally enjoy a lot. People r good , and everyone is really supportive plus better future growth opportunities. Plus the extra benefits pay &perks is amazing 🤩

I got selected in kpmg, hr verbally confirmed that i am selected but they r delaying my offer letter, its almost 3 months, they are telling that they r waiting for approval from the partner itseems Dono what to do
