I believe that was late summer in September. I don't recall if there are water spigots at Islay Creek, but even if they do, I would not rely on them. I've dumped and filled my tanks at Pismo Beach/North Beach campground. That's part of the fun in planning for a longer road trip 😀

Carlos Nava The beach across from campground is also dog friendly but current is strong so better to stay dry.
