With regard to the wearing of the Hijab, the commandment is given to believing women to put on a Hijab. One can, therefore, not consider themselves a TRUE MUSLIM or a BELIEVING WOMAN if you don't obey the command of Allah(swt). And Allah(swt) knows best!
