- Modified Vettes.com just released enlarged C6 Corvette Paddles and this is something I have awaiting for years. This video covers installation, as well as the small modification to do the proper "F1 Mod" for the C6 Corvette.
I'm about to do this myself, bit nervous about the f1 mod

Those aluminium paddle shifters for sure looks better. Disconnetct the wires from the connector and do not cut them. It is so easy to swap places of the 2 wires without cutting them..
how the F do you disconnect them? im in the process of doing this but cannot get the wires out of the connector

Too small don't look cool enough
I did this complete mod F1 and the Extensions but got my own adapter for the Mod and got the Extensions from Amazon in Black with Aluminum Trim by Ryanstar and saved some $$, I can provide more info if anyone is interested.

Would this work on a 2010 Malibu with the same type of paddles?
I don't not know. Most likely yes.

So you just connect brown and purple wire together right?
Yea. Just swap the wires like I did in the video

Would this work on the C5?
No. C5 does not have automated shift controls like this.
