Junk Journal Tutorial! Learn how to use an old hardcover book for your junk journal

A simple cover for your junk journal is an old book cover. This method is perfect if you are new to junk journals. Starting with an old book cover is my favorite way to make a junk journal cover. It is super easy and brings a new purpose to an old hardcover book. We will walk through the process of removing a cover and reinforcing.
For this tutorial you will need an old hardcover book, exacto knife, liquid adhesive, and a piece of heavy weight board (like what you would have on the back of a paper pad). You may also want to use paper or fabric tape or fabric to reinforce your spine. If using fabric, another glue option is fabric glue.
