    Ingredients:
    1 can full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
    ¼ cup dutch cocoa powder
    ½ cup vegan dark chocolate, (70%) melted, or vegan bittersweet chocolate chips
    ¼ cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    Salt, a pinch
    To serve:
    Coconut whipped cream
    Strawberries
    Chocolate shavings
    ⬇️ How to make Vegan Chocolate Mousse ⬇️
    0:19 Melt the chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave on high in 15-second intervals. Mix well in between until fully melted then set aside to cool to room temperature.
    0:33 Transfer the coconut milk from the can into the bowl of a stand mixer.
    0:35 Add the melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt.
    0:45 Mix the ingredients together until smooth and well-combined or until it reaches a mousse-like consistency.
    0:51 Portion the mousse into serving cups. Chill for at least 3 hours to set.
    0:56 Enjoy with a serving of coconut whipped cream, strawberries and. a sprinkle of vegan chocolate shavings on top!

    I do not trust your recipes. I like to skip the thaw and cook meat from frozen if possible. this reduced the chance of baccterial contamination of my hands or surfaces in my kitchen when compared to thawing the meat first.
    Every time I search for recipes to cook "directly from frozen, I receive links to recipes from your website. Unfortunately, your recipes always start with "thaw the meat."
    This is dishonest.
