@@sharpcarco I can’t find the left side but I can find the right side all day long. I’ve called AutoZone O’Reillys and advanced auto parts and still can’t find it
How would you replace the whole panel? Like on the passenger side by welding in a new panel. How would you deal with the fuel tank filler neck and the fume. I want to do it without blowing my garage, myself and the car up.
@@sharpcarco thank ! I guess you have to work around it. Should be similar to the other side right? Btw your video are super helpful thank for making them.
Thanks dude. Just did this on passenger side. However did it the reverse where I used a much larger piece of new metal and glued and screwed from the inside.
I’m regretting to say that that will not last….. on the passenger side they rust out in a different place . And the shock tower will break off , The good thing is generally when they break off they just start making a bunch of noise and make the rear end really bouncy so you don’t have much to worry about. I would have to see exactly what you did….. to see if it was going to hold up But if you ever need it I have several methods of doing these and a great deal of videos on how to do them. I’m hoping my video helped you. Welcome to the channel and good job
@@sharpcarco I've watched all your videos on the subject. They're great! The tower is solid on the passenger side. It's pretty much in the same spot and size of the one you did in this video on the driver's side.
That’s crazy well you’re very very fortunate I think these are great vehicles and they’re worth putting the money into it when you have to do the full panel. That’s awesome I’m glad it was able to help you

Did you ever do any repairs to the unibody area near the rear spring perches?
I did and I do. Just don’t have the time to do them now, and I never made a video about it.
Thank you so much Clay for the reasonable price and great job on our Ford Escape !!!!!!
Where did you find the part to replace the whole thing?
Any parts store in the United States has it. I do about two or three of them a month

All I can say is, when I did mine I just welded it in there. Make sure the gas tank is full..

How much would you guys charge for heat repair heat core not blowing out main vents?
If it’s what I would think it is it would probably be like 50 or $100 but without looking at the car obviously I would have no clue really
