I have had my phone for 4 days and the company couldn't reset it for me. They said you have to pay 20 to 40 dollars to have it unlocked I will refer you to a store 6 minutes from here. You rock and thank you so much for the easiest way without to much commentary.

this one worked, the other guy was saying to hold buttons down until restart and when it restarts hit volume up and power which does not work. thanks for this

Even for the recognition *Johnsonspy* gets, his skills is so underrated at least by most tech fans in general. I mean I get that there is stamina and all that involved in things like he does but being able to stand so far away and have the ability get the information needed with high speed as expected to hit it perfectly with a paddle just over the net is extremely impressive.

When I unlocked mine I had to hold down both Volume up and down button plus the button under it along with the power button. Worked just fine!
