- While these past few months have disrupted our normal routines, I myself found comfort in doing simple acts of self-care, like making sure that my skin is healthy and is well taken care of. In this latest vlog, I will show you guys my skincare routine during this quarantine.✨

I think her channel's not monetized. I remember it was told online by a famous celebrity magazine. Maybe that's the reason why we can only see ads from the beginning/ending of her videos.

I could literally watch a video of Ms. Heart talking for hours. Usually I'm not able to finish long videos on RUclips such as 16-minute videos, that's so long for me lmao my patience level could never but when Ms. Heart starts talking, it's just so captivating and mesmerizing and also relaxing hahaha I literally finished the whole video without skipping or anything plus its very informative and fun!! love it so much!
Age is just a number talaga.I love ms.Heart especially on how she takes care of her body.Self love is really important♥️
I love you Heart! So glad to see someone not freaking out that their skin is aging and accepting the fact that they have to actually WORK for their skin to stay youthful. (but you seriously earn that youthful glow. you do NOT look 35) (... and not sure if the steps are in order for most effectiveness of products, I need a hyram reaction to be sure)

I hope next time Ms. Heart, you can put a link on where we can buy the stuff that you are using. Like that brush for instance? It’s hard to find a body brush that is soft and tolerable enough for dry brushing. Thanks in advance. Btw your videos are amazing, just like you.

Hi Ms Heart the sunblock should come last because I think it adds an impenetrable layer on the skin so the serums and the retinol are not properly absorbed. The order should be from the thinnest consistency to the thickest. :)

You brush towards the heart because that improves vein circulation. The veins carry unoxygenated blood and more often than not if one gets older or is sedentary, venal stasis can happen and so brushing towards the heart helps resolve it.

That’s true we have to take care of our skin. This is the only thing that I don’t mind buying regardless of the cost. Right now I’m obsessed with Zo skin health care products. I Use the complexion renewal pads to prep my skin followed by a mixture of 10% vit c self activating and daily power defense cream. I would finish it off with sunscreen, the Alumier brand - Sheer Hydration. It works for me and I’m super happy with the result.

My only concern: When you apply serum, don’t make the dropper touch your face. Bacteria that is on your face might mix in with your serum.
Not just that, nauna yung sunblock sa serum. Sunblock should be the last thing in the routine. Creams and gels must be after serums kasi it defeats the purpose e.
This is actually one of the reasons why the product has preservatives in it. These preservatives work against microbial growth within the formula.

Thank you, I am 54 years of age and I am doing a very similar routine but I would like to encourage women to at least start this routine for their skin by the age of 38. I started to notice aging signs on my face at the age of 41. Sending blessings from Canada!

I am 29 and have been skincare obsessed since 15 I always use Asian skincare and my skin has always been good to me but since COVID happened I have been getting pimples out of no where and it’s hard to ride them. I have been looking into a special face machine for blemish etc. Will add this to my list

I've been using the purple light of the LED mask for 2 weeks and I am so impatient! I want it to show drastic results already hahaha but I know it takes time! And thanks for teaching us how to use that face lift wand. I've had it since before Christmas and I haven't touched it. I am taking note of the other things that Heart uses and pray that I will look as young as her 😍

It’s a foreign concept to me to apply sun protection right after cleansing. What I know and personally do is to have toner, serum, moisturizer, etc. on first and then SPF. Sun protection needs to be on the topmost layer in order for it to do its job, I believe? Also, since it’s very occlusive, it might affect the penetration of all the other products that you put over it, not to mention its effects on the lights she uses afterwards.
But ya know, she’s gorgeous. I know nothing. Let me know your input on this. Education!
I’m so confused too. I rewatched to check if she really did put sunscreen before anything else. I’m a firm believer of spf too but is applying it last just a myth??? Does the order of application doesn’t matter 🤔 I hope someone explains here.
I'm a bit confused too. After double cleansing and optional toner, I'm oriented also with this order:
-serum, moisturizer, then spf
But our beautiful Heart did the reverse order:
-spf, moisturizer with the facial tool, then serum

Woke up really tired today and saw heart ❤ uploaded a new video. To my surprise, it's also about skincare. Which I'm supposed to do today but got lazy. After her video, I wanna order the light stick she has, buy ponds and get all my skincare products on my skin ASAP. Thanks Heart. My partner which is Greek knows you to well too. there’s no need for sunscreen at night (blue light from your gadgets won’t cause aging check labmuffin’s vid about this) ++ your sunscreen should be the last step of your skincare routine to avoid getting rubbed off
I recently heard a dermatologist say the opposite, and that indoors you should use sunscreens that have iron oxide, which helps block the premature aging from our gadgets, artificial lights, etc.

A long time ago, when I was a struggling student, I used Ponds too..right after washing my face, and then toner it off..its really great.

Just for the record there’s no UV light from your “phone or gadgets” sun block at night is definitely not necessary unless you sleep under a tanning lamp
Napping in the sun during the day maybe... but not at night lol
She might have meant blue light rays from gadgets. Although I think mineral sunscreen would be used to block out these rays. I personally dont do this at night.
totally agree! light from phone and gadgets is not the same as UVA or UVB and sunscreen expires after a couple hours so it doesn't matter if you wake up in the morning and the sun is up cuz the sunscreen ain't working anymore.
Whatever it is I still wanna always protect my skin at all times lol
