The formulation of this product is quite strong as this has combination of different exfoliating acids (A/B/P-HA) and other diff beneficial ingredients. You should use this with caution as this is very strong and can lead to more irritation. But this is a very good product.
Biologique Recherche P50 is used as a toner. Use it after cleansing your face. Do not rub, just tap it on your face moving upward. It’s pricey but it’s really worth it.

What u eat is more important than skincare prods. if u want to stay youthful, avoid eating and drinking all the aging foods especially coffee it's oxidize. drink tea instead. and also lessen ur alcohol consumption, avoid sunrays and eat ur greens.

Love the double cleanse routine but let’s be honest, you’re not saving the earth by using those facial tissues either. Would be more effective to use round cotton pads, soak it up with clinique’s eye makeup remover, let it sit on your eyes for a min or so and gently swipe. You can also use your la prairie cleanser in the shower, one less step for you to do when you’re out of the shower :) A moisturizer’s main purpose is to “seal” the products that you’ve put on your skin prior and prevent transepidermal water loss. Always use your serums before your moisturizer to “seal” the goodness. If you’re confuse, always layer your products from lightest to heaviest. Biologique p50 is a toner that exfoliates and helps get rid of dark spots. If you’re sensitive, use once or twice a week! Spot treat okay also. Should be used after your la prairie cleanser. I can’t tell if you have p50 or p50v but the first one is not safe during pregnancy. If you’re looking for a great brand to get rid of your hyperpigmentation instead of p50, try kiehl’s clearly corrective dark spot solution. Spot treat is okay also. Overall this was the most real night time routine, I didn’t see ponds and eskinol which let’s be honest guys! They don’t get great skin just from those products, it’s all the facials and non invasive surgeries they’ve done! Consistency is key.

To be honest I’ve used all the products that she is using and let me be honest expensive skin care doesn’t equate quality products that actually works .

La mer is overrated and it can cost $400++ for 2 oz which is nuts for a moisturizer. You’re definitely paying for luxury and not results. Buy the ingredients not the brand :)
