Hiya I noticed that when your fitting the cage that you don't do spreader plates and weld the cage and chassis I know that there are differences from the UK to the USA with alot of things but for any cage to be motorsport compliant here they have to have a set size spreader plate under the cage foot and to the chassis, with some of the speeds and power you guy's make with these types of trucks I'd of thought things would be more tied in with the fabrication work, how do they hold up to an impact or bad roll over? Ps love the channel learning alot from you guy's and some other channels
Been daily driving a Cummins since 1991. Have modded all of them but no experience with 4th gens yet. What are your thoughts on the Aisin? Current truck is 2015 with the HO that has been deleted, with 3.73s and stock tires. What hp is safe for daily driving? No burnouts ... etc, and will run stock tune to tow.
I'd a been happier if they would have covered that leather steering wheel before they removed the dash. As a 20+ year I know how easy it can be to damage stuff like that and there are a lot of shape edges on the dash.
@@drake_24v_hawkins I'd like to know how it was built. I'd really like to be able to turn my truck up and not have to swap to a 4 speed for reliability.
what are your guys thoughts on the ram 2500 with the coil rear ends? decent street platform once the poly bushings are gone or better to just start with a leaf truck?
I love diesels trucks and especially diesel drag racing but something doesn’t sit right cutting up a beautiful truck for racing. Don’t get me wrong it’s badass but I definitely would not use my money this way.

It's actually inspired me to start my own channel, I've uploaded a few videos mainly of my ls chevelle build but my 2003 dodge ram diesel will be getting some love soon too. Maybe some of you guys could check my channel out and give me some tips to make my vids better this like channel.

What is done to the 68rfe that you have faith in it standing up to racing at that level of power?
Short answer is no faith. The engine is built and could make 1600hp but that doesn't mean the customer is turning it up at all.
@@gailyoung9911 the customer owns a diesel performance shop and is one of the top 68rfe research/developers...... yes this truck will get turned up.
