I like how you vband the gt55 cover. You don't see big singles on the street very often any more. Awesome job on the exhaust. I'm surprised the customer didn't dump it before the rear axle. Great job. I know it's not easy welding that stainless with out burning it .
I've used those exhaust hangers, they tend to crack around the weld over time. They also offer the same design with a clamp and they work great without cracking.
Cool to see early 3rd Gen love. I still have the clean silver short bed 03 HO 6 speed manual I bought off the original owner back in 05 with 39k miles for $25k.

Question, how long will that pipe last compared to the average crap steel most exhausts are made of? Im so sick of pipe and welding a new exhaust system everytime it rots off befause like where you are, here in PA they use so much salt it makes me sick so nothing thats left raw, ever lasts and im gonna be pulling my engine and putting all new power parts in it mainly some stuff from wagler and others haha, since im gonna open it all up and go through it and drop the block and head off to get machined .. but i have been trying to find the bedt exhaust pipe possible that will last for more than a couple years lol❤❤❤
Can someone please please tell me what kind of trans you are running. I have sort of the same set up but I have a manual and my trans is not being able to handle it. Can you please give me suggestions on what trans and shifter I need for big power??? Thank you.
@@FirepunkDiesel what amount of total timing did it have? I have a 12v, I find it interesting how much more boost they seem to need compared to a common rail. I'm around 115psi, but probably only 700-800whp. To the common rail heads flow that much better? Or is it the injection event , etc..?
$95k including trans, engine, fuel system, turbo, 4 link, all other fabrication, parts and pieces, add $4500 of nitrous and it's a 2000hp capable setup

@@wild12valve boost is the measure of how restricted your intake is. More boost means it's inefficient
@@jacobstrutner8232 it's much more than that, has to do with the whole system including the exhaust, especially turbine wheel flow, cam, and timing.
How much did that build cost if I wanted to get that on my 05 ram, same truck essentially
