I like to find new stitch styles sometimes. Tunisian crochet was on my mind so I started a blanket. Love it! It will be thick and have a woven look. Also, I am working on a shawl project which is slowly getting completely because I am using variegated sock yarn...pretty but may take a whole season to complete.

The instant pot is the best thing ever. I got one for the Ohio house, then took it to the Wisconsin apartment, and bought a bigger one for Ohio, then decided I needed one in the semi truck as well😂. So glad that you are putting boundaries on work schedule. It's very easy to overdo it when you are self-employed. So easy to get burnout. One of the best thing I ever did was sort of set a schedule. What doesn't get done during "work hours" will wait for the next day. We are in the art/craft industry, there is no "emergencies". People can wait, even if it's inconvenient for them.
