    I really enjoy your videos!!! So many health videos spend half of the time (or more) giving testimonies about how their information, product, etc has helped people. YOU GET RIGHT TO THE POINT. Thank you! With other longer videos, I get anxious just watching them!! Some times I just turn off the video because I cant stand all the useless information they give WASTING my time. I like the fact that your videos tell exactly how long they are before I start to watch. I like your presentation as well as the great information you share.

    Dr Ramsey,I am in Mexico City. I am an ophthalmologist and thru all my life ,I have been depressed. Reading literature I was on and off fluoxetine because Imwas afraid of secondary effects. And I have been looking for someone like you that treats depression and anxiety in a different way. I know that food is soo important for a wellness. Food is medicine. So ,I am so happy that you are helping the world to have a healthy brain with FOOD.
