I tried the St Tropez Extra Dark Bronzing Mousse for two full weeks and here are my honest thoughts and opinions on how the formula went on, the color of the tan and how it wears! Let me know if you've tried it and what your experience was!! I hope you enjoy this raw and real review!

I’m actually going to be trying this product soon too! I’ve never self tanned except with tinted lotions, so it was actually really comforting to watch this video! Yes!! This would be great!! Especially since you can sit in it for 4 hours and see if that's enough of a tan for you! Maybe I should just send you my bottle!

@@jessd3274 I have sensitive skin as well. Some formulas will sting my face when I apply them. I didn't have that sensation when I used this tanner. Also, because this tanner doesn't have a super dark bronzer guide I didn't feel like the tanner was visible in my pores either. Which was nice! Also, in my experience none of the tanning foams like this cause me to break out. It's the tanning lotions specific for the face that cause me to break out. Are you wearing it for an event? Or just trying out self tanner?
@@charlenetown1111 I am just trying it for the first time.. wanting to start the glow as we head into sunnier weather soon! ☀️ Thank you for this response... the lotions that are specific to the face also made me break out, so I’m relieved to hear that these don’t do it to you! Whew! I think tomorrow might be the day I try this. 😁
@@jessd3274 DO IT!!! The bronzer guide isn't even that dark on that tanner so you wont feel TOO crazy! But I PROMISE it's mostly tanner guide. So don't stress! Leave it on for the full 4 hours! You won't regret it!!!
I dont think there's a better tanner than "TANNED AF" I just picked up my St. Tropez today so we will definitely see. Thanks for the perfect review! I tan just like you. 2 coats 5-7 hours. Thats how you get the best tan 😊😊
Oh my goodness! I'll have to get me a bottle of Tanned AF and give it a try!! So far the Bondi Sands Ultra Dark Aero formula is my favorite because it dries down. Does the Tanned AF dry down? Or do you stay sticky? Thanks so much for watching!!! =)
@@charlenetown1111 okay so I didn't know Tanned AF (found mine at WalMart) came out with something even darker called "I want the darkest possible" LoL tried it & man this tan has lasted like over a week 😅. I felt drying time was very well & not to sticky or tacky. But man! now you have me wanting the Bondi Sands LoL

Which skincare product have you been enjoying most? Always a pleasure to have an insightful conversation with you. Not all channels are as engaging with their audience sadly so thank you for being so kind! I have sensitive skin but sadly haven't been able to go see my Derm for awhile. As a guy I've been looking into Vitaman but not fully sure still researching. Also aside from fitness what have you been doing to keep your mind and body busy? For me I try to listen to some educational content as well so my brain doesn't rot haha! I might do a salt bath since I haven't done one in so long much love! My favorite skincare products right now are for sure Naturium!! I have sensitive skin as well and I have been using pretty much everything they have for the past 6 months and nothing has irritated my skin! I have a couple videos and I will be filming a video all about "Actives From Naturtium That I'm Loving" hopefully this weekend. Also want to do a favorites video / 6 month update since I've been using strictly Naturium for 6 months and my skin has completely changed! It's amazing! I'm an esthetician. What skin concerns are you having? My kiddo keeps me pretty active, we also do family trips hiking, to the beach and adventure walks by a river close by. @@charlenetown1111 Do those products have any essential oils like Tea Tree? I feel certain oils are really beneficial for skin as well. I'm sure male and female products differ in many ways though does your husband use any specialized products? I have personal creams from my derm but aside from that I'm also looking for a good moisturizer and shampoo for itchy scalp. Looking forward to seeing your products for sure and it's nice to discuss so thank you. I'm glad Naturium has been helping your skin issues. Well I can tell you certain things without going into too much detail since they are a bit personal as a man so I leave that to my actual Dermatologist whenever I can see her again but I can speak out of suggestion or opinion if you can help me in that way. My skin tends to get very itchy out of the blue its very weird I take a shower and it temporarily goes away but then that itch comes back eventually. Luckily its not an all day thing it's just at certain times so idk what it could be maybe my skin is dried out or whatever I might have to ask her next time I go though but its not necessarily painful just irritating at times. Sorry the responses always get so long you are awesome to chat with. Yeah love the outdoors its been getting warm again out here for Spring Break. I want to try on a shorter pair of swim trunks someday as I've always worn longer ones I feel it's time for an upgrade.
The products that I use do not have Tea Tree Oil in them. I think you might like their Niacinamide Cleanser. Niacinamide is great for sensitive skin, it reduces redness and sensitivity, it helps brighten the skin, controls excess oils so could be great for combination to oily skin. Most men tend to have larger pores and thus have a higher oil production. My guess is that the itchy sensation on your face is either a) product sensitivity, you could be dehydrated ( your skin will feel really tight and itchy), or you could be allergic to something that you are eating.

What time of day do you notice oil on your face: Morning? Afternoon? Evening? Never?
And I suggest keeping a journal or notes about when you're getting itchy to see if there is a direct correlation between products or foods.
@@charlenetown1111 I'll definitely check out that cleanser and others you linked for sure. The itchiness isn't on my face but hopefully the product you're talking about can be used on any part of the body. I have to be really careful though because I don't want to burn anything or make it worse. All of those are possibilities but last time I went to the Dr. they checked me for allergies as well and they said I was clear so I have no idea what it could be other than just dry or oily skin as you mentioned. I eat healthy mostly but haven't had my salad in awhile perhaps in the meantime I can drink my green powder to perhaps help with more nutrients just in case. It gets so unbearable like I want to tear it off I know it's bad to say but that's how itchy it gets. Vitaman seems like a good brand for men also but again I haven't done enough research. I know you cant really provide actual medical advice but I appreciate your input from what you are able to share from your expertise. If I was to do another salt bath should I throw in any specific essential oils to perhaps help the irritations? I only have Lavender and Tea Tree at the moment. The itchiness comes and goes it's not like an all day thing but still would love to solve it so hopefully someday I can see my derm again.

I'm SO glad you liked it!! St. Tropez reached out to me and told me that their formula apparently develops based on your skins under tones. Which is really cool! I do love the Bondi Sands!! If you don't want anything too dark their Dark formula or their 1 Hour Express (I prefer to leave it on for the full 3 hours for max color) And I do 2 coats because I love my tan DARK! Heyyy curious have you ever tried a tan primer??? I use it all the time with any self Tanner or when I go spray tanning,, it balances your PH because our levels can vary in between self tanning and also hormones, I found that Bondi Sands and St Tropez works beautifully for me 🤎 My tan actually last over 5 days because I use a tan extend elixir too, California tan and Hempz is my go to🤎 Also B tan is a really awesome brand and my two faves are tanned AF and also love at first tan these both dry super fast and also the color guide is violet,, strangely the St Tropez dried quickly on me and wasn’t sticky.
Hiiii!! I have not tried a tan primer!!! Like WHHHHAAAAT?!? I had no idea they made that! What’s the brand of self tan primer that you use?! I need to get some for sure! Yes the St Tropez does dry down for me as well if I use 1 coat! When I did 2 coats I stayed wet and sticky for a long time. Does this transfer on clothes and white bed sheets?
I wear my tanner during the day and there was transfer on my clothes but it was much less than other brands. I do feel like it would transfer onto white sheets for sure! But in my experience the transfer was minimal and washed out of my white shirt with no problem. Thank you so much for watching!!!
