@@incanada83 it's £50 on their website (with attachments) the basic version is over 30 quid....seems way too much for what it is....even so I have ordered one as the reviews are great. I feel like I've been ripped off but it has a 5 year guarantee so maybe that's where the value is.
@@nakkadu You know, sometimes the saying "you get what you pay for" apply whether you buy quality stuff or cheap stuff. I had this slicer for decades (yes! you are reading it right). There is another version in orange color that is just as great but it's not made anymore. So, in a long run, it may seem expensive but if you are regular, day to day slicer, this is the best one. I wasted money on some fancy, brand name slicers even though I had this one! Why? I don't really know...Perhaps I got bored with this one and wanted to try out the "fancier variety" but...It could be the age (the older one gets, the "wizer" one might become?). For what it's worth to you, try it right away. Slice as many vegetable/fruits you can then freeze/dehydrate them as your finances allows, so you won't waste produce and money. Then, if you're not satisfied, just simply return the slicer :-)
Do you have done a really bad job at listing the links in your description box they all go to different mandolin slicer‘s they don’t even match up with your description you need to go and fix that
Swissmar Borner is the simplest and THE best. Blades stay sharp for years!
How can it be worth £50 though?
@@nakkadu depends where you buy it?
