It's only a Rome Court ruling and it is only in reference to a small and specific number of people. About 11 or 12. The court is not contesting the principle of using Albania as a staging post for processing immigrants but the classification of certain immigrants as coming from countries not at risk etc. It will be contested and eventually perhaps arrive at the Cassazione. Who are these "EU Elites"'? Remember VdL is only the President of the EU Commission, i.e. the EU's Civil Service. She has influence obviously but no executive power. That resides in the EU Council consisting of the heads of government of the 27. So VdL may not like what Meloni says, although I don't see any evidence of "forti attriti" between them in the Italian MSM, but Meloni is one of her 27 bosses, so to speak. I presume you do get your info on this from Italian MSM.
