I find car detailing videos relaxing because someone is getting something done and you can see it, no empty talk. It's so grounding and it truly helps people.
I have awful anxiety and these videos are the kind of cure I never knew I needed-you guys make me want to start detailing my own car like this…and others-thank you for your content…no other detailing page grabs my attention like yours does.
After watching somany detailing videos it never occurred to me that you are correct. My anxiety is so reduced by the end of the videos. Thank you for being so transparent.
I am a member of a Veterans Coffeehouse and I have been doing detailing since I was 16 years old. I used to do the vehicles of my father's co-workers and over the years I have been watching videos like yours to better my detailing work. I make some people very happy when they get their vehicles back in better condition than when they first got it.
I watch because I'm a detailer myself.ive been detailing for over 30 years and I'm always learning. I NEVER criticize other detailers, everyone has their own way of detailing. I love your videos and what you do for people....much love from Kansas.
I've been detailing for 20 but I do notice small things that irk me when I'm watching this show. They do several extra passes over things that are already clean which to me is just wasting time. Some methods seem inefficient, like brushing down the engine when you can just use chemicals and a cloth and cover a much larger surface area. There are things that just stand out that I'm hoping is just fluff for the camera.
I’m a senior executive at a massive finance house. My stress level is off the chart, watching your videos help with this issue. I like to see the transformation from disaster to like new. Thank you for helping
Back in the late 70's early 80's, as a young man, I did freelance Automotive detailing! Bringing a neglected vehicle back to life always made me feel proud!!! I wish I had some of the products that you guys use today back then! I love having my own personal car, which is now 20 years old, still looking pretty much like it did when I brought it home from the dealer! Unfortunately, I usually have someone else clean it up for me because I just don't have the stamina that I had back then!!! Such is life!!!! lol
I watch detailing videos to relieve anxiety, and to get ideas for my own detailing. I do "weekend warrior" detailing, both for our cars, and for some of my neighbors. It is a soothing, satisfying, and "constructive" hobby, with the side effect of keeping our vehicles looking great.
@@WDDetailing I did the exact same thing with my 1975 Cadillac Eldorado convertible barn find, except mine was dirt, not mold. And it's so much easier to clean the interior with the top down.
I've been washing cars & trucks for the past 30 years as a side job. I watch several channels on RUclips for relaxation and to see what the other people do to learn more about upping my game so I do better work. Thanks for the videos you post.
I specifically started watching detail videos after someone told me they got their car detailed and I had no idea what that entailed. After watching some videos I got hooked and wanted to start doing mine own and then I found your channel! I do find detailing to be therapeutic and relaxing. Thanks for the content, love what you guys have to put out!
I like things clean. Older cars are cool. Finding them in barns makes them buried treasures and who doesn’t love childhood stories of hope that come true. That, and observing men paying attention to detail is hot. You guys are always so humble about it.
I've always been in to keeping my car clean. I remember helping my Dad before I could drive. It's just fun to see the transformation. You also seem like good people, and I respect how so many young people are making a living off of their passions on RUclips. It sure beats some of the stuff I had to do at your age!
Love this… I deliver pharmacy to mostly nursing homes and memory care units and I’m on the road all day so when I come home, it’s so great to unwind watching your detail videos. They’re soothing good music you keep things moving you don’t talk too much. It’s perfect.
Watching a classic car getting cleaned like it was factory new is like giving the manufacturer and the machine itself your thanks.respect and care since both of them helped you get to places faster. This is the main reason i started watching/getting interested in car detail, keep them coming up!
I really enjoy watching detailing/car videos for multiple reasons: 1. Mental health is number one for me as watching these helps with my anxiety, stress and sometimes racing thoughts. 2. I’m a car guy since basically I could remember as a young kid so watching classics get pulled out from the rubble and restored as best as possible makes my heart happy. 3. I watch detailing videos for 3 reasons: 1) It's so satisfying watching dirty cars getting clean again 2) For tips 3) For motivation in order to keep my car clean!
Detailing videos relax me. It's seeing something dirty get cleaned. I used to help my dad detail his Road Runner when I was a kid. It started decades ago for me.
I actually learn a lot about detail cleaning that I can use around the house in general and these videos r also super satisfying! I always loved the reattas!
I started watching because I've been in a care center for almost 4 years im barely 35, bed ridden with health problems that are starting to happen from laying down 24/7 . It helps and calms me when I start to get depressed. Covid has taken alot out of me and my family. I try to stay positive but sometimes all I can do is fake smile so I don't go crazy. Watch videos like yours has really helped me alot and I'm very thankful that I found them. I love car and trucks and every that comes with them. I love car details, rebuild and restorations. Thanks so much from a loyal fan keep up the good work Guys. 🙏👏💯
It's kinda makes me upset seeing how the cars get so neglected. But very satisfying to see how they can be turned around the way you guys do. It's amazing!
As a guy who just loves to keep my car clean I find nothing better on a warm Sunday morning Detailing my car. I find some good music and just find it calming and keeps me sort of active. Really enjoy your channel love the outcomes.
I’m a 71year old Grandma of 9. Not a big car fan but just enjoy watching you. It’s fun to see what an incredible job you do, especially those filthy interiors!
Detailing is therapeutic as well as satisfying personally ad for the customer. Whether it's done for business or for personal use...seeing the transition from MOLD to BOLD is a sweet feeling.
Seeing something being brought back from what looks like the brink, when a lot of people would just say "Forget it" and toss it out, is very gratifying. This Reatta, and the brown C3 Corvette are great examples. And not just cars. Plus I have always made sure my own cars were clean and well taken care of, and i am learning a lot from these videos. A steam cleaner is on my list of things to get.
Reason I watch, is that there is so much gratification in the end result. U have done detailing with my own vehicles for over 30 years as well as helping friends detail their classic cars. You either like this type of thing, or you don't. I do!
Man I started watching because I totally jacked up my wife car doing detailing the wrong way. So I had to start over learning the "right way"! That lead me to starting a detailing business because people were so impressed with my cars being clean. So I am always leaning new way and your channel is a awesome teacher.
I watch detailing channels like yours, to 1) see older cars get some love and care 2) to see interesting cars i don't get to see 3) it is very soothing to see a dirty unloved car being brought back to a satisfying lustre!
This is therapy for me i was recently diagnosed with autoimmune disorders . This releaves some of my pain and Anexiety i have so these videos are a relief. Since im about these videos i used to detail i miss it wana go back to this but my situation won’t allow it.so fellas keep me inspirered…great work…🤟🏽
I simply find it calming and equally educational to keep up with my own car. It’s not just the work you do but your systematic and your voice all work very fluid together.
I like watching car detailing videos, and detailing my own cars because it means a second chance for these rare beauties. Preservation of the past automotive inventions is a thing I love.
Troop, I'm an auto mechanic myself since '95. I find it very soothing and refreshing to see a vehicle get restored back to its beautiful, near new appearance. Keep up the great work and don't let ANYONE tear you down. They're just jealous of the great work you do. Use their rotten attitudes as a stepping stone to improve your work, and, not as a stumbling block to stop you from growing to a better standard. Doug😁🤓👍⭐
I watch these because I have horrible depression, anxiety and insomnia. I've currently been in my house for three weeks struggling with all three. Even addiction 😔 so embarrassing. I've found that these videos keep my mind quite and my heartbeats more calm. I like ro be able to focus on something other then all my symptoms. Your videos are very relaxing. It's hard to keep my mind still and these videos do it. You my friend are very important and appreciated ❤️ 🙇♀️
I didn’t know car detailing existed. One day one came up in my feed then one of yours came up. I am hooked. Love watching bring these car back to the best they can be. I watch about 4 channels. I used to live in Cleveland so I relate to your channel because you are in Cleveland. I also like that that you guys can admit that you don’t know or are not sure of something and engage your audience. Big fan
I watch these videos for a whole variety of reasons. The main ones are, it satisfies my mind and helps with my anxiety. And it keeps me motivated. I been fighting for months trying to get my detailing business started and wanted to give up so many times, but these videos and the end results keep me motivated because that’s the quality I want to provide as well.
I watch derailing videos for the same reason you did. It helps me with anxiety and depression. And of course I learn a lot how to keep my old cars looking better. Thanks for all you do for advocating mental health.
I was diagnosed as autonomic ataxia couple years ago. I still have problem getting over each day. don’t know why but it feels comfortable watching these detailing videos in 1.5x speed. *nothing wrong with your videos, it just feels good that way for me. great appreciation to your work. peace, from Japan.
These Videos are Very Calming to me. Making Something Old, New. It's almost like going Back in Time. Removing the Layers bring back Memories. Good Ones. I also have Anxiety, Bipolar the Care is energizing.
I used to own a janitorial business and like you say, it is very satisfying to see something transform from filthy to clean. Your channel may inspire me to do this- to take my experience as a pro cleaner and my passion for cars.
I watch detailing videos because it helps me cope with the long term depression I've been fighting ever since I was diagnosed at 8 years old. Cars have always been the one subject I can turn to if I need to take my mind off things. Seeing a car get transformed into showroom condition is amazing. I also love restomods and people that restore junkyard classics, or even take a junkyard car and transform it into a full blown sketchy drag car. You're definitely my favorite channel- I've never seen another detailing channel detail as many classics as you do. Seeing all of these vids even inspires me to try to get a job in the detailing department. Major props. Love you guys
I just love seeing great old cars brought back.....I started as a teen in a car dealership detailing and washing new and used cars.....I couldn't believe the transformation. I had people that traded there car in come back and not recognize car with the claim, "Had I known, I wouldn't have sold it"......I just love and always have, for 45 years, loved the transformation process. The technology has changed so much too!
I watch these episodes when I get the chance. I do it just to see you bring many of these sorry vehicles back to glory. Like a person suffering from an ailment, giving the person a second chance is always a good thing.
Yes it relaxes me I'm retired now and I'm unable to do any of that stuff anymore I used to be very active in detailing Automobiles and also lawn and garden stuff I love watching the series on cutting grass and stuff it just satisfying when I was doing that stuff it was very rewarding to watch the end product and I miss that
I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and seeing the transformations of some of these cars is just so satisfying. just recently i actually decided to try detailing myself from everything ive learned from the hundreds of videos ive watched and its so much fun and so satisfying seeing the results in person and knowing that I made this happen, i made this car beautiful again. Now its my favorite thing to do and i have you and the others i watch for the inspiration to start something great!
I love cars and to see that people try and save some history and put the time and care you guys do to restore to former glory is awesome. Keep up the amazing work.
I love clean cars... It's good to watch a car getting cleaned perfectly. I appreciate the effort you guys make to give us a good experience in detailing. It would also be great if u could include the under carriage cleaning in the same time for the job to be perfect. Thnx again guys. Keep up the good work.
It is really satisfying to watch the detailing process of salvaged/abandoned cars from years gone by. It is not only relaxing, but educational. Fortunately my Mazda is relatively new (2018) and kept clean and well maintained.
I have CPTSD anxiety and depression. I find these types of videos to be very therapeutic. Thank you for sharing your personal struggles with us. I don’t feel so alone anymore.
Watching these videos just calms me down so much and definitely helps with my anxiety and mental health. It also makes me look forward to doing this with my car
I have a job that carries some stress and found that watching clean-up, repair and building videos on utube was very relaxing. Then I read somewhere that this is an actual outcome that people can experience from watching these types of videos. Just imagine, you're maybe completing a public service. Keep up the good work.
I'm a car lover I own my late father in laws 1986 Cadillac Coupe Deville been caring for it it since 2003. Keeping my cars clean is a passion of mine. I've learned so much watching Detail vids and have purchased many brushes cleaning solutions and equipment. just to keep both the caddy and my 2015 Sonata.
First of all, it is satisfying and relaxing to watch you work. I can tell a person who actually cares about his job! And then there is a lot oif cars rarely seen here. Greetings from Riga, Latvia, Europe!
I watch these videoes because like to see something being bought back. I started watching because my wife was sick and so taking care of her at her bedside i started watching to entertain me while sitting at her bedside for last 2 1/2 years hoping she get better. She passed away Nov 29 2021. I continue to watch as they help me deal with her passing and reminds me if the times we spent together.
I watch detailing, because I love cars and when I see a car getting cleaned (especially an old car) it just satisfies me. Also the pressure washing is just very nice to look at.
The reason I watch these is because I'm a big fan of all things car related so seeing the process of restoring relics to their former beauty is just so satisfying. On too of that, I also love detailing my own vehicle so seeing tips and tricks from a bunch of other people can help me improve my own processes when it comes to my washes
I really enjoy watching you guys, and I get joy from seeing you turn a desperate mess into a viable, lovely vehicle. It would fun for you to give us a detail of what became of your beautiful detailing efforts.
I watch detailing videos for the end results. It's so satisfying to see a beautifully clean car at the end. Anyone who wants their car cleaned up surely appreciates the hard work and commitment.
I have extreme sleep problems, because of autism, and these satisfying video’s make me finally feel unstressed. I’ve never watched a full video because of sleep but thanks to you I finally can sleep. Greets from the netherlands
I also watch detailing videos because they help with my anxiety! And they motivate me to get out and finish my projects (currently restoring a VW bus).
I like watching for both reasons. Tips to better clean my own cars. Watching the transformations really gives me that "ahhh" feeling of seeing the accomplishment.
I think with me personally is number 1 I'm a car enthusiast. I have been for as long as I can remember. Number 2 I like clean cars. So watching the process of cleaning a vehicle I get a sense of satisfaction from it. I don't remember exactly how I got started on car detailing videos. I think I may have stumbled upon an episode of The Detail Geek and have hooked ever since. Thank you for doing such great work. I look forward to seeing the end result with this Buick.
Love that you're in Cleveland, Ohio. I spent 2 years living in Cleveland and just learned to love that city and the surrounding area - Youngstown, Vermillion, North Olmsted, Kirtland. Great part of the country and great people.....you guys are amazing!
I just love cars in general and there just something so satisfying with seeing cars come back to life wether is by detailing, renovating or building from nothing! My Chanel is all about me designing cars and that’s another aspect I really like 😊
Lost my teenage some years ago in an accident and these videos really relax me when I feel knotted up and angry plus the tips and tricks help me when I clean my cars, which helps me think of my anxiety less. Thanks
Eric, I’m so sorry to hear that. The fact that we give you a little relief by making these videos makes us feel like we are actually making a positive difference in the world. We pray for peace for you and your family ❤️
It's not just watching detailing, but restorations too. It's therapeutic to see that no matter how bad something gets, it can always be made good again.
I watch detailing videos because I used to be a professional detailer in my younger years its just something I've never be able to quit completely I enjoy it
I watch videos like this because I love cleaning cars and trucks and mine was always clean before I got hurt. I feel off a roof 2 years ago and broke both of my feet and was released to start physical therapy a few weeks ago and broke my left foot again so I’m still not walking and yes these videos really help me stay away from the dark side of things so thank you for all you do and I know it’s hard to believe stories like this but videos like this has really helped me
At first I was questioning myself as to why am I watching a guy deep clean a car? Suddenly as they say it became visually and mentally satisfying. I'm a Handyman by trade so I know what it feels like when you have a happily satisfied customer and I'm sure you have many. Keep up the good work Bud!
For me I like restoring things weather it’s fixing something to work again or to making it look like new again. I like to watch derailing videos to pick up new tricks and techniques. Plus it’s relaxing for me. Thanks for the videos keep up the good work. God bless.
I love RUclips as a way to leave behind the world of stress in tv. News and life. I had a heart attack and nearly died last year and stress it increased blood pressure takes time away from my life. The detail videos are satisfying because you. And see immediate progress from the cleaning
watching detailing videos is very relaxing to me. Being a car nut, I respect the beauty of cars. Especially being cleaned by a great looking guy. Keep up the great work!
I watch detailing videos for the same reason I watch other skills and jobs videos. I find them interesting. One thing I discovered about myself is I learn through watching videos a lot better. Funny enough, because of such detailing and skills videos I set myself a goal to buy my own house some 10 years ago, to be able to do these things I can't in an apartment, and happy to say I accomplished it. I specifically looked for an old house that needs work, specifically because of videos like this. I would never have had the skills and motivation to renovate it myself without these videos.
I started watching about a year ago to learn how to detail and now I really enjoy watching the process (Its very satisfying), especially really dirty vehicles!
Good Evening Brent. I have really enjoyed these Incredible Professional Cleaning Full Detailing of different vehicles. I have had Mental Issues, suffering from Anxiety, Panick Attacks, Suicidal Thoughts, Depression. I has been really Lonely and Tough for me to handle Life and Outside World we Live in now. This Channel Has really Helped me find my Mojo again and become more Normal and be more Happy about myself. Thank you. Jonathan.
I am 79 and have always enjoyed detailing cars, even in the 50's and 60's, when few people ever waxed their cars. Cars were traded in at 50,000 miles or three years, and disposed of without ever having a change at a longer life. I have a 2012 Mercedes with 90,000 miles and have always babied it, and it looks like new. I do enjoy watching your detailing videos, and think you should merge with a good mechanic, and get these cars back on the road again, after all the work it takes to clean them. I am fascinated by the floor in your detail shop, which allows the water and crud to go through down into the drain.
love how the pressure washer removed the first dirt off the car. detailing videos are educational as I learn something new everytime on how to better take care of my cars as it is therapeutic
I love cars and bring them back to useable condition. My passion is really any 20 year or older car. I don't really restore them other than the mechanics and basic fundamental operation. It is Definently a help with my struggle with mental health so THANK YOU for the courage you have to share a very overlooked disease in the world.
So I'm a former drug addict and cleaning my own car helped me fight the urge to use drugs, I've been clean for over 2 years now and must say these videos help so much..... Appreciate you both
Congratz to you and keep up the good! 🙏
Makes sense often boredom makes it tougher so being disciplined occupies that
Congrats too
That's awesome. Keep it up
Wow, congratulation bro, keep clean and better.

Man I started watching because I totally jacked up my wife car doing detailing the wrong way. So I had to start over learning the "right way"! That lead me to starting a detailing business because people were so impressed with my cars being clean. So I am always leaning new way and your channel is a awesome teacher.
That’s actually a really cool story though!
@@WDDetailing thanks!
As for me! I watch detailing videos out of love for car restoration projects ;this is how it all started . I love to see every old car restored .
This releaves some of my pain and
Anexiety i have so these videos are a relief.
*nothing wrong with your videos, it just feels good that way for me.
great appreciation to your work.
peace,from Japan.
These Videos are Very Calming to me. Making Something Old, New. It's almost like going Back in Time. Removing the Layers bring back Memories. Good Ones. I also have Anxiety, Bipolar the Care is energizing.
These videos are therapeutic. After driving on the highways all day, they help me unwind. Plus I just love seeing the cars look good again.
Listening to your voice Brent - that makes me less anxious. It is very soothing. When you start doing audible books or a podcast, sign me up!
These detailing videos do help my anxiety at night before sleeping. Thank you for being open about mental health as I struggle with it as well.
I watch because I find it amazing that people let these wonderful machines go like that. And then you come along and do amazing things with them.
Watching because I have OCD and one of my obsessions is cleaning. So yeah, helps a lot to watch others be as detailed as I am when cleaning :)
I watch because I enjoy detailing and want to learn more. It also helps my anxiety as well and helps me wind down and relax at night before bed.
I started watching about a year ago to learn how to detail and now I really enjoy watching the process (Its very satisfying), especially really dirty vehicles!
It’s a calming thing for me. I like watching things get clean and I like cars anyway and seeing the different kinds entertains and enlightens me.
It's relaxing , I started my working career washing and cleaning limousines and it brings back good times.
I am an auto detailer. I have been for about 32 years. I watch your (and other) channel because I'm always learning and finding new ways to improve.
I like watching detail videos because it helps me learn more so every time I wash my car it can look better each time.
Thank you. Jonathan.
I suffer with a lot of pain from arthritis and watching videos like this helps me relax and takes my mind off the pain.
I'm from Jamaica and I watch detailing because it helps me to relax after a hard days work.
