    I've been a huge fan ever since you started posting on RUclips, absolutely love your recipes - it's the closest i can currently get to having a korean friend who will teach me how to cook these dishes.
    You are such an inspiration to me and you are incredibly likeable and talented

    I love that now I know a lot of 'staple ingredients' of Korean cooking and how it effects flavour! It makes me more adventurous when I go out to eat! I love this channel! :)

    Maangchi!!! This is one of my most favourite Korean side dish but I never knew this was bellflower root, I always thought it was some sort of radish 😂😂😂I will definitely try this out! Thank you

    I use mild hot pepper flakes, so it's not that spicy for me. There are 2 types of hot pepper flakes: mild and spicy

    Hi Maangchi, It's been a pleasure watching your videos, I've had a korean side dish, it's similar to this but instead of bellflower root, they told me it was Pork Skin. I love pork skin could you please make a video using just pork skin as a dish/side dish? Thank you so much!

    Hi Maangchi, i want to make some of these amazing recipes but here in Australia in the little country town i live in, we don't stock Bellflower Root, nor Fernbrake... what can i use as a substitute for both that is more commonly available?
