Justin W basically it's up to the Augusta National. Make the greens hard and fast, cut the rough around the water on 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th. Hope for a little bit of wind, no rain and it should be a lot of fun for us, but not for the players...
A couple of other things that could be done is make the 13th hole a Par 4 in instead of 5, add more front bunkers and lengthen the other par 5's. The club could also narrow up the teeing areas so the players tee up into the trouble. Also, limit the surface area of clubs. Some drivers are just too big and stupid.
Not to take anything anyway from Zach who was one of the few young players to blossom in that era (unlike DJ Trahan, Hank Kuene, Ryan Moore, Spencer Levin) and for that I will always give him the utmost respect, this Masters was about Tiger both going in and during, and the fact that he didn’t win was as shocking as anything. He had been on fire since the British Open the previous summer, had won over 50% of his starts since then, including both the British and the PGA as part of a streak of 7 wins in a row. It was expected Tiger would win this in honor of his late father, and the tourney was right there for the taking, but he missed some crucial putts and then had that disaster at 15.

Zach Johnson waits for Vaugh Taylor to walk up to 18 green, cla-ssy. What a fantastic guy
Stuart Appleby should've won this but for 3 errors in the last 20 holes.
That's golf, what anyone thinks should have happened is irrelevant.
Appleby led the early rounds of several majors during this period. Never quite made it work on the weekend though
As much as Zach deserved the win, it really was the story of Tiger losing it. When he was in the lead going into the final round, it was almost a sure thing he was going to win before this.
Beauty of the place combined with the beautiful green jacket a treat to watch!
Didn't even show the leader layup at 15 because you are too worried about Tiger. Again, disrespectful
What they showed Rory sabbatini
I find it a little strange how Zach was celebrating so much with 2 guys left out there that could go birdie birdie and tie.
I find it a little strange how you find it a little strange that Zach Johnson was celebrating because he forced 2 guys to go birdie birdie just to tie. Do you know the odds of them doing that?
Dustin Petersen Oh I understand it’s rare, but still, it’s a real possibility
He made a nice up and down to save par to maintain a 2 shot lead
2:35:00 - Looool never seen this Tiger fail before
Tiger lost this tournament on 15.
I only watched to see Sabbatini punch another volunteer....
When he do that?
I remember his crappy etiquette on Ben Crane at congressional in like 02 or 03
Justin Rose had the best chance to challenge Zach Johnson near the end but made a double on 17.
1 + 1 = 2
Dumb question probably, but why were the scores so high?
Very high winds, especially 2nd and 3rd rounds
This is my favorite Masters because Johnson's game is most relatable to mind since I always favored a strong grip and constantly fight trying to hook it. Not to mention I would probably be laying up on those par 5 s too.
Anyone know why the scoring was so high this year? Was it the conditions or something?
It was 40 Degrees The First 3 Days It was windy and Dry It made the greens fast
I thought tiger woods won
Goosen laying up on 13 cost him this Masters.
Appleby's chances disappeared at the 12th. But was never comfortable playing with Tiger.
K J Choi also made eagle on hole 11 in 2004 masters.
He corrected himself at 1:35:44
Tigers caddie isn't the one swinging the club but Tiger hit awesome shots and at 17 his caddie gave him the wrong distance and club he did it a few times this tournament
His misjudged the wind. that was operator error from the second cut not caddies fault
@Christina Pankey Steve Williams
Too many strippers on Tiger's mind that day
if your going to screw around don't get married!
Nice simple swing motion rehearsal 1:03:16
ZJ class act
Doing an interview with Phil over the leader's tee shot at 18. Disrespectful
Absurd how year after year Tiger was right there on Sunday, a shame he couldn’t have won a few more.
Tiger and Appleby should have been penalized for slow play. Brutal!
Lol, that jacket was huge on Zach
U blew another Retief always the champions tour.
Lol 😄🤡 20:47
I miss square grooves
only 4 min of commercials per hour of play, those were the days. I can't even watch The Masters any longer.
tiger woos, tier momd, bi! yen-ju. heller!
2:13:20
3:37:10
Worst Masters ever.
Evan Kolar 2008 was more of a snoozer. At least this one had more guys with a chance to win
2014 was also pretty bad
Evan Kolar nonsense
Wrong, 2018 was the worst one. To have a cheater like Patrick Reed have such a prestigious award in the Green Jacket is a disgrace.

Yo
Tiger lost this tournament at the 6th hole
Not really
Not birding 8 or 15 hurt more
I'm very sad that there wasn't a Masters this year around Easter, it just didn't feel right.
vijay is wearing a beer sponsorship. lol
