    Your circuit is fine friend, but you don't need the transformer that you have for the 37 volts, the circuit can work without the transformer, you just have to change only the resistor that it has of 2.7 for one of 10k to 100k of 1/4 watts or 1/2 watts already tried it and it works

      @@davidcalero7463 yes you need the 4 diode bridge for a full wave rectification, but it can work with just a single diode as shown in the video

    Your soldering technique is not correct. One must make the two wires/leads a strong mechanical connection before soldering. Twist them together! Simply tacking things together is not a good mechanical and electrical connection. Your technique is only done for temporary /breadboard type circuits
