Just one question. If I join TopCourt, will this be all that Zverev teaches about backhand technique? Is there more than 1 minute long about his backhand technique, or there is more? I am not really looking forward for the drills that he does, only the technique. Thank You!
there isnt one backhand grip to rule them all. just as with forehands (eastern, semi western, full western). continental is quite common for the 2 handed backhand on the dominant hand.
@@GeneralRock114 its an eastern forehand grip on his right hand. Hes tall and can bend his knees well. He hits it off his hip almost and gets tons of leverage, uses a racket scoop right before contact for control. He uses a lot of his left hand with this stroke, he has a world class backhand. Probably not recommended if you're under 6ft 4 and don't have world class athleticism. A lot of backhands are right hand dominant, there is no one way to hit a backhand.
He literally changed my backhand with that one tip on hitting a left handed forehand
I need a fricking ten hour instruction class from the guy. 1 minute is not enough.
Zverev is a monster in the ATP tour.

If you subscribe, you get access to the full lessons and drills I assume.
Does anyone have the complete video?
@@AmirhosseinDerogar i bought a membership and saw it, it is very informative
His right hand uses the eastern grip instead of the continental grip? Why every coach teaches the continental grip for the right hand?

Which grip do you use on your left hand????
That's the more important grip on the two handed backhand
@@Shankar-Bhaskar Why reply if you can’t answer my question?
@@GeneralRock114
Continental on the right, and eastern on the left
He had the racquet in his right hand and said he used an eastern grip.
He is Western on the left hand he explained on a diff vid on here this site scroll back
Which grip is used for the left hand?
Eastern, is the grip that most people recommend you use.
When he says completely eastern with his right hand, eastern forehand or backhand?
Eastern Right Forehand.
I have the same grip. You get insane cross-court angle
I think he means backhand
I asked that same question and noone has an answer. Lol.
@nikae09 So, he doesn't know his right from his left? The video shows him referring to his right hand.

Zverev must be good at golfing.
Nalbandian, Djokovic, and Agassi, all are right hand dominant, two-handed backhand is nothing like a lefty forehand.
djokovic and nalbandian are definitely left forehands. especially nalbandian even more than zverev
@@goodwinholley9986 I don’t know from what I’ve heard their right hand dominant.
@@pleaseenteraname1103 agassi is strong right hand dominant but others aren’t
it kind of is, like a basic one, not some kind of actual forehand
It really can be, tried it today for the first time and works incredibly.
Think it's only if you're left hand dominant on the backhand side.
I bet his girlfriend doesn't like his backhand
This makes no sense why doesn’t he just play a left handed forehand
