he learns me how to have a great backhand.. i love Patrick.. i always says.. you are my viryual coach.. he helps me a lot of time .. he is incredible.. a great mind and a great man...
Patrick really reminds me of how awesome my own coach was. I couldn't afford the sessions anymore, so whenever I forget something or try to get more comfortable with my technique, I just watch his videos because they are very similar to my former coach. Thank you for the videos you produce!
I think it's good the way the video is quick to the point and clear. A lot of the the other coaching videos go on for ages with the guy talking with little action.
Damn how come I only found this video now! I have been told by many coaches to do big tirns and close my stance when do backhand. Now I tried the open stance and long follow through, it changed my backhand drastically!
I had a private tennis lesson to work on my backhand, a YOUNG male instructor and there was no breakdown instructions I was after. I was told 'I can't teach you this, you have to work this out yourself' I never went back.
Having problems with rebel tennis elbow ( one handed backhand) do you think that if i start learning the two handed it will help? Do two handed back hand players have tennis elbow?
I'm no authority but from my perspective these tips look like bad technique non-dominant arm to "pass over" the dominant arm - As far as current study tells it's opposite what you should do. try holding the racquet 2-3 at high pace ball It's not throwing the racquet like a mad man - it's very structured movement that needs to be performed smoothly like it's thrown but these are 2 separate things.
I don't agree with several things, e.g., grip tights, throwing the racket forward, etc. It is pure utopia. The fact is that it takes a lot of force, which is why they all groan when they hit the balls. They also get cramps and injuries.
Haha, feel so bad for the coaches that are staying on the court and listen to this nonsense. Pretty sure they want to kill themselves seeing this stupidity happens! Patrick is a king when it comes to promote himself, sadly not to help people with their technique...
Wrong tip.. if u do that early preparation then ur movement will not be proper.. come on what are u teaching. How can u advice to take back racket and then run.
Excellent tips. The tip to imagine throwing the racquet will help me the most. And remembering to have a light grip too. Thanks!

Yes!
You are the coach every player needs

Excellente leçon que je vais partager avec mes amies qui jouent à deux mains sur leur revers. Merci pour tous vos vidéos pratiques et claires.
The best ever lesson!
Mor-tglou is really a good teacher!
Thank you sir.
The master at work :)
He’s the best coach
Amazing…best coach for anyone
These are amazing lessons.?thank you
Great!
At the end, the student still seems to pull back last second right before hitting...bad habits are hard to break
Very useful for someone like me with terrible backhand. 😆
amazing coach

What the heck was he doing!?
Gracias
I wanna watch original video! Where is it?
2:10 should we be side on when making contact with the ball or front on?
Side, if possible. But often you don't have enough time, so you'll be open stance
Having problems with rebel tennis elbow ( one handed backhand) do you think that if i start learning the two handed it will help?
Do two handed back hand players have tennis elbow?
When I switched to two hands it got rid of my elbow pain. One handed needs to be technically perfect especially the follow through.
Everytime I try accelerating on my backhand the ball flies does anyone know how I could change this
Thing is even iam parfiet in hitting static balls , once rally starts everything is fked 🤣
lol, same.
💯 correct I would be all over the place like a headless chicken. Lol 😂
@@yyz7436 you just described me 100% sfldkjdslfjsdfsdlfs every time its match time I just revert back to my old habits
@@K4R3N yes miss Karen true , sorry I lost my old ID 😅
Same!
From my own experience, relaxing arm makes wrist flip happen
Moving with my right shoulder under my chin feels weird...
Probably because you usually don’t do that
Backhand is really hard
👍🏾
Ça c'est la France
She's got a fluid backhand to start, and it just needed some tweaking to perfect it.
I'm no authority but from my perspective these tips look like bad technique

У нее было и так всё отлично, пока этот не вмешался со своими банальными идиотскими наставлениями....
loopy balls will not win....
They will not hit the net, and they will clear the net person in doubles
I guess Nadal didn't win anything then.

Бесполезные идиотские советы. Как всегда от патрика.

Cuz u don’t have time to take back when it’s a fast ball
Unfortunately she's got no chance. She didn't develop proper mechanics yet, too late now.
