Good stuff and I would add that using the left foot as your spatial Guage is another good tip. Most beginners land the left foot too early and take a giant step with the right to get to contact
Awesome thank you! I play a one handed backhand but I've been learning a two-hander just for fun, but I've been struggling with sometimes getting jammed up with the two-hander. This is very useful.
Thank you for the video. Why, in your opinion, people with a 1HBH have trouble hitting 2HBH? I have been hitting with 1HBH for a very long time. Now, because of the elbow issue, I would like to learn the 2HBH. But I miss the ball. I am not talking about weak or wrong hit; The ball goes by the racket without string touching it. Why?
i like the way you do it very much, beside that you also look to be very human and empathic in a way that i would give you a free pass for president right away of any country in the world.

i'm single backhander, and when i'm late for the ball, i always go for double backhand. but this video really shows me how i can maximize that double backhand with a proper flow.
My backhand has been really weak but now since I watched this video, I've improved ten fold. This really helped a lot, thank you!!

Its all down to preference. Look at Medvedevs backhand.
