Great vid and content! Is it possible to have the subtitles normal default size though? I'm having trouble reading the ones with your vids. (I didn't even know you could reduce their size) and also having some trouble understanding your English so I do need the subs...
@@Acuproacademy I never watch on a phone, but in the meantime have noticed some others indeed have these small subs as well. My apologies. I wished YT didn't mess with settings that were perfectly fine. My 57 yr old eyes are now struggling, hihi.

@@Winter396 yes as I said the root cause can be due to spleen weaker by damp diet, spleen is the mother of lung in the 5 elements and will weaken the lung creating sinus issues. In treatment we treat the root cause (SP) and the branch (Lu)
@@Acuproacademy If we only treat the spleen, wouldn't the lungs also heal? When it heals the root, isn't it good for the branches anyway? Why are you treating the lungs as well?
A patient developed a skin disease on his hand when he was 2 years old because he was jealous of his brother, and he is now 20 years old. He has brown spots on the outside of his hand and greenish spots on the inside. There is deformity and swelling in the fingers. What could be the reason? Why is there only disease in the hands?
@@Acuproacademy He has no other disease. Doctors could not diagnose the skin disease and think it is psychological. What does TCM say about this? What could be the reason why it is only available in hands?
@@Winter396 if it’s emotional, then the tcm heart is affected as it reflects I to the hands 🙏 in tcm emotions are the causes of 79 % of all chronic diseases

Insomnia due to anxiety can create inflammation and sometimes it reaches the tcm SI which is Cystitis 🌷

Are there sinus issues in spleen qi deficiency ?
They are a Lung issue but could be brought in by a damp diet weakening the spleen 🌷
