There is a typo for Shao Yang - San Jiao is the HAND channel not the Foot, Gall Bladder is the FOOT channel not the Hand.

Li Dong Yuan advocated the consumption of grains but what about the PiGu theory that the 5 grains feed the "3 worms" and lead to bad health? The PiGu diet (or Bi Gu meaning "No Grain") is like an ancient version of the gluten free diet. Don't know too much about it but Taoists sometimes practice this diet.

Pi Gu is.... basically means fasting. There're 3 (unsure) level. First level, no 5 grains. Second level, no meat. Third level, no cooked food. I didn't know anything about feeding the "3 worms" but, this PiGu diet is use to clearn the Qi inside the body. Essentially, is a teaching of eating mindfully, the method is just another function of it. That's all I know, hope it helps!
