I hope you enjoyed my video. I want to ask the same question again this week. If you have any suggestions or advice from my dongaseu video, please tell me with your comment. That will be very helpful for my future videos. I can not promise that I can do everything you suggest, but I will do my best to consider your opinions in my videos. Thanks, ahead. :)
Made this for my parents and my family. Everyone loved it! My parents have not had this dish in years and they said it tasted just like they remember. 2 thumbs up! Thanks for the delicious recipe.
Wow, that's really I want to hear from my subscribers since I put lots of effort these days to improve my videos. Thanks a lot. I will keep it up !!! :)
Hey, James. Since you've been watching my videos for years, I feel extra special about your comment. Thanks :) I always want you to try my new recipes and give me feedback.. hehe
Mel Leongster totally agree the quality is high. I think Aeri has always been very professional in her old videos so I like watching both her old and new videos ❤
I tried to improve some parts of my video this time. I considered your suggestions in my last cooking video, Pagaejang. Here are my updates about it. 1. Changed a word "obtain" to something else. (suggested by M Mybell) 2. Fixed the problem for the screen size. It's full screen now. (suggested by Megisapple) 3. Tried to improve the audio quality little bit. It still needs some more work to it in the future. (suggested by fuzzjohn) 4. Started to add a bible verse at the end of the video again. (suggested by mara & Benjamin Wong) 5. Added the ID for people who requested this recipe. Thanks for your suggestions. It was very helpful for me. :)
oh no!! i loved how you always said "obtain" it was such a characteristic feature of your videos that i've watched for many years.. but i understand everything has to change for the better right? :) i love your videos and recipes!!!
Oops, I'm sorry to hear that. I didn't delete the word completely in my video yet, so if I say "obtain" in my future videos someday, you can consider that's for you, Christine. :) thanks
Delicious! No wonder why Logan loved it so much!! :) I love watching all your videos no matter what words you use or how you edit it. I really like seeing the recipes for the side dishes as well as the main part of the meal. Thanks Aeri!!!
What a coincidence! I made chicken this way today but without the sauce. I added seasonings to the meat, flour, eggs, and Japanese bread crumbs, though. This dish looks so colorful and yummy!
Compare to American macaroni salad, Korean one is less sweet...and more plain flavor.. but it is great with main dish like dongaseu..I like both Korean and American macaroni salad. Anyway, you can see that this recipe is like the one you eat in Korean restaurant.. ;)
Aeri's Kitchen American macaroni salad is too sweet for my taste and we never make it in my home since I am Hispanic. Our version isn't sweet at all and is more salty and crunchy (we use variety of crunchy vegetables and ham pieces). But I found the Korean one (I tried at Korean restaurants) to be quite delicious and I'll definitely be trying it out at our next picnic or when I try to make the pork cutlet, perhaps for Easter ^^
Yes, I agree with you for the differences between American macaroni salad and others. I like both of them though. Your country version sounds delicious too. thanks :)
Hi, Sure ~~~ :) Tangsuyuk is one of the recipes that I posted at the beginning of aeriskitchen. Because of copy right issue with the back ground of music for the video, I had to delete the video. 😭 I'm planning to remake the video, so you can watch it .. thanks

I made it few years ago and they love it but I want to try to add cheese inside of pork cutlet. Do you think the sauce is still a great combination for cheese pork cutlet? Thank you
^^ Okay.. more assembling in the future then.. hehe thanks You might surprise that beef has really good flavor for this dish. I highly recommend you. If I can pick which one to eat, I will pick beef cutlet. :)
That presentation is so beautiful! ✨👌Oh wow the sauce looks a bit different from the Japanese tonkatsu sauce. Your version looks like it would be both sweet and savory. Japanese katsu sauce is usually some combination of ketchup, fruit and Worcestershire sauce. Thanks for sharing 🍴

this is from german called Schnitzel !!!
in english cutlet
in korean cttwigim or cuttwi / 컷퇴김/컷퇴
Thanks for your comment. :)
Hmmm! that looks so delicious!
Try it someday, plz :)

Aeri's Kitchen ok, thank you! I love watching your videos!!!
Looks delicious! If possible, please do a Q&A video with you and your family so we can know you a little better. Your sons are so adorable!

Oh.. thank you, Yi. :) Have a great weekend.
Aeri's Kitchen
The cutlet looks yummy!! So does the cabbage salad!!! Amen to Romans 8:28!!!
:) It's very close to American style breaded tenderloin..right?? thanks, Patricia
Yes, it is ! It's the same thing that we do here in the U.S.
Yes, when I made this with beef and pork for my parents-in-law without the sauce to make it like American style.. They liked it very much. hehe Good night.
Aeri's Kitchen Good Night dear! Sleep well and sweet pleasant dreams!
Hola! Usas vinagre blanco? Gracias deliciosos tus platillos
Gracias.
My most favourite food!!! 💚 long time no see I'm sorry I haven't been commenting on your videos

I think so! :) Cheese pork cutlet sounds great !! enjoy :)
Hi, may i know other than all purpose flour, what are the other substitutes that can be used?
any normal wheat flour you have will work.. :)
I love how you assembled your dishes. Also I never tried the beef version, and I don't know why. 😅
^^ Okay.. more assembling in the future then.. hehe thanks You might surprise that beef has really good flavor for this dish. I highly recommend you. If I can pick which one to eat, I will pick beef cutlet. :)
What the flour that used for the sauce? Wheat flour or cornstarch or anything else?
You can use wheat flour. :)
Can I use white vinegar?
Sure, you can use white vinegar :)
lovely!
Thanks :)
Could you make a spicy version of dongasue with a gochujang based sauce please?
That presentation is so beautiful! ✨👌Oh wow the sauce looks a bit different from the Japanese tonkatsu sauce. Your version looks like it would be both sweet and savory. Japanese katsu sauce is usually some combination of ketchup, fruit and Worcestershire sauce. Thanks for sharing 🍴

anyone know any subtitute or change to the mayo becuase i think it can be way better sticking with the korean culture
I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand your point about Korean culture related with replacing mayo. Do you mean the mayo for the cabbage. salad? You can also use other salad dressing you like for it if you want. The ketchup and mayo combination tastes great for the cabbage though. :)
Wow

Tonkatsu is not Japanese, its just how the Japanese pronounce pork cutlet. Its a western dish
now u like pork meat Eonnie? 😁
haha.. you remember that ?? wow.. lol Actually both are delicious..but if I have to pick one to eat.. I will still pick beef cutlet. I found out that our tastes do change according to what you normally eat. :)
Aeri's Kitchen ㅋㅋㅋ I'm surprised u choose eat donkatsu in the end of vid 😄
