Ah, such beauty, wonderful voice and Karisma. Not bad on the ivories as well. (you're great)
What strikes me most are your pauses between the chorus and verses. The Bridge section?
You take that moment to it's best with your beautiful gaze and stunning smile teasing the camera.
Sweep me off my feet. Again.
Take me to the simple and memory-filled time of love and laughter.
    Thank you.

You are welcome! I try to perform the meaning of each song, and for this one, I tried to capture the joy of the first two verses and the tragedy of the final verse.

Thanks for the lovely song, albeit tragic in the end, and the passionate interpretation. Greetings from Italy!

Lovely, thanks! The story of the song reminds me of John Mellencamp's Jack & Diane -- but for a less cynical time.

Thanks, Dan! I will have to work on After The Ball. I try to vary posting the ballads and up-tempos, but I will get to it eventually (once it's good enough to post)!

@@sheetmusiclady2924 I'm familiar with After the Ball from the movie of Show Boat and look forward to your rendition, whenever you get to it.
