man.... this house isso nice and one of the best houses I have seen in Texas! When I look at most mansions and houses in TX on youtube, the houses look more like cattle/ranch style and country style homes. I personally don't like that style. However, this house is astonishing! Man if I ever get rich, I am replicating my house exactly like this one! What kind of design/structure do you call this specific house? is it like modern design?
It's too white or beige, the walls, ceilings and medallion and tray ceilings could use some slight color accents. Gold leaf, silk, etc. This is my opinion, so no arguing folks! We all say what we like or don't like, I am not saying that my opinion is yours. It is majestic but looks too much like cookie cutter drywall everywhere.
Took the words right out of my mouth! I don't know why people are so afraid of color. A home of this size needs warm colors so that it doesn't seem so cold and eerie.
I agree with you. It needs a more modern day feel and a major refresh. The house is too closed up would benefit greatly with a more indoor outdoor feel. Plus the kitchen needs a makeover.

I'd either rent out the house and live in the casita, or sell the whole thing and get something I didn't need 50 employees to manage.
