Welcome to my brand NEW COZY FALL DECORATING WITH ME 2023 part 1. I’m going to DECORATE our KITCHEN FOR FALL in this video and I’ll be sharing you my beef stew recipe which I feel like the most suited cozy food to eat around this season.
We are still in the 100 degrees weather here in Las Vegas but I just can’t wait to decorate for fall and change our decor and also maybe I can convince the weather here to change by DECORATING FOR FALL.

Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredient:
2 lbs. Beef stew meat, 8 oz mushrooms, a small bag of red baby potatoes, 16 oz carrots, 1 onion, 1 tsp. minced garlic, tomato paste, beef broth, bay leaves, dried thyme, salt & black pepper. (Adjust salt & pepper to your own preference.)
*Seasoned the 2lbs. beef with 1/2 tsp salt / 1 tsp. Black pepper / 1/4 cup of flour - stir until the beef is coated. Cooked each side of the beef after coated.
*combine 2 cup red wine to the pot, add mushrooms. Let boil.
*on a another pan, Sauté carrots / onions/ garlic - (sauteed together). Add a tbsp. of tomato paste once it’s soft then transfer to the boiling pot w/ wine.
*Add 4 cups of beef broth / 2 bay leaves / 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp salt a 1/2 tsp black pepper.
*add the beef back in the pot then add potatoes and cover. Put in oven at 425 degrees for 1 hr 45 mins or until beef is tender to your preference.

Beautiful fall decor. I love traditional fall colors. I like seeing the colors that the leaves truly are when fall arrives. I don't see neutral colors when I look out my window. I live in a wooded area and I love seeing the leaves change to vibrant oranges, reds, greens and yellows. Your kitchen decor colors are perfect. Thank you for the recipe. Your kitchen is beautiful 😊

The beef stew looks delicious. I love the traditional Autumn colors and when I make stew I usually add the potatoes during the last 20 minutes of cooking that way the potatoes dont get mushy.
This is a regular dish here in our home!😋🍁🍂 When I used the red baby potatoes it comes out totally fine, not mushy at all but since I short cut and used russet potatoes.. it got a bit mushy!😬 but great tip though for next time I short cut with my ingredients!😜

So....the weirdest thing just happened. I made a comment and youtube sent me a notification that it was not appropriate and that I was going to be banned if I didn't quit. LOL!! I have never said anything bad to anyone. I hope the comment comes back. I can't remember all that I said...UGH!!
