      Thank you!
This cold spell is not helping. Faucets are frozen at the barns. Having to haul water to the critters. So at least they're getting warm water. Just got back in the house tossing more hay out. 3rd time today plus they have rolls. Rolls are not as good of hay as the small squares we have though. Busting through ice in the big tank got me sore 😆

Yes Marie, farmlife is a hard life. But most rewarding. I've been praying 🙏 God's hands over these temperatures & storm's. To push that artic blast back, and bring temperatures back to normal. 32° is gonna feel like a heatwave. Prayers for you Mrs Marie on top of everything else your taking care of right now. Blessings 🙏 ❤

We are Marie, it's a 100 year old house. We've lived here about 5 yrs. So we've figured out all her needs. Definitely warmer in this old house than in the old shop we lived in for 5 yrs.(Concrete floors, no insulation. after the tornado). That was cold. I pray you all are safe & warm. (As well as your animal's in this cold weather). We are ready for warmer temps for sure. If it would stay above the freezing temp at night. We'd be fine that.

How many quarts is your roaster? I'm looking to buy one and not spend too much while getting a decent sized one.

18 quart. We cook our Holiday Turkey in it sometimes too.
      We've had it 6 or 7 years I guess.
