Love love your videos!! I’m glad your back. I want to start a RUclips channel. I love to cook. However, I feel like I’m just too late in life to start. You inspire me though and I have watched your video on how to start a blog and I’m like I can start it as a hobby and see where it goes. I have used so many of your recipes. Your content shows how passionate you are about what you do. Your editing and content in general is awesome! ❤
So enjoy your show! I love how you want to cook and on vacation, you are cooking and not just HIKING!!!! Reminds me so much of my daughter and me. She is your age. When we travel to beach others houses we know we have to give up cooking for that time. She wants to spoil me so she goes all the cooking but I miss it! Haha! This broth was fabulous!!! Certaintly the best recipe out there!
I made this today, I added fried garlic and shallot pieces 15 minus before the end and it boosted the flavors. I have a creamy silky broth for delicious recipe bases
This looks incredible 😻🤤I will definitely try these recipes. You’ve made Taiwanese cooking so enjoyable and easy to try for home cooks who are unfamiliar with ingredients - I made your beef noodle soup the other week and WOW. My husband and I loved it! THANK YOU! 🌸
I'm Malaysian Chinese, your cooking reminds me of my mum's recipes.❤ Since I moved away from home I've forgotten some of her recipes, thanks to your video I was able to recreate many of my mum's home cook meals.

Oh kombocha cha cha! I will be making this for sure as we love this kind of chicken with feet soup. Thank you for the recipe and the extra tea drink video. Have a restful weekend.
Omg the broth and the tea looks sooo yummy! I imagine that chicken broth would be great for like… a chicken pho base or something like that. Or just a soup on a cold, rainy, miserable day!
Thanks for sharing!! So helpful to know that chicken wings have more fat than chicken feet. I made chicken paitan ramen broth with only wing tips once and my stomach bloated uncontrollably afterwards from all the fat. I also love the idea of adding some pureed kabocha to the broth.
I’ve started making the bone broth now, I usually just use cages and some wings but trying it your way. Fingers crossed it will turn out as good as yours looks
I can smell the deliciousness!! I'd love to make it true to your recipe however here on the Gold Coast in Australia we don't have the ingredients readily available. Thank you for this recipe! Just a question before I try my hand at this - the first step after draining, do we loose the ginger as well or add it back in?
