    So enjoy your show! I love how you want to cook and on vacation, you are cooking and not just HIKING!!!! Reminds me so much of my daughter and me. She is your age. When we travel to beach others houses we know we have to give up cooking for that time. She wants to spoil me so she goes all the cooking but I miss it! Haha! This broth was fabulous!!! Certaintly the best recipe out there!

    I made this today, I added fried garlic and shallot pieces 15 minus before the end and it boosted the flavors. I have a creamy silky broth for delicious recipe bases

    Thanks for sharing!! So helpful to know that chicken wings have more fat than chicken feet. I made chicken paitan ramen broth with only wing tips once and my stomach bloated uncontrollably afterwards from all the fat. I also love the idea of adding some pureed kabocha to the broth.

    I’ve started making the bone broth now, I usually just use cages and some wings but trying it your way. Fingers crossed it will turn out as good as yours looks

    I'd love to make it true to your recipe however here on the Gold Coast in Australia we don't have the ingredients readily available. Down south in Melbourne I'd have a choice shopping at the markets.

      Yes ❤❤❤ for the boiling process 2.5 hours! Then add in pumpkin to simmer for another 30 ❤❤

    Amazing video, may I use Instant pot to make this recipe? I try a similar recipe with chicken feet in instant pot (high pressure, 2 hrs), but it never turn golden! Should I cook for longer?

      hii!! you can use the simmering part in the instant pot , 2.5 hours natural release, then add in pumpkin puree, and simmer for 30 minutes

      ahhhh I dont rly have a recipe for it > < I just add in 1 orange, 1 lemon, 2 apple, and around 4 cups of water, 2 tablespoon of loose leaf, 3 tablespoon of red sugar!! i hope that helps ~!

    At 8:40, you add in a wee drizzle of… sesame oil? This is my first time viewing, of one of your full-length videos. I must say, you really have a lot to offer in your full-length vids, great job.

    Do you have any tricks to make the house smell good after frying stuff? I always felt that my room smells oily every time i fry spring rolls. Thank you in advance❤

      I always have my air purifier on and I close all doors to my rooms when I’m cooking ❤ also I will boil a pot of water with orange cinnamon and lemon it rly helps the house smells amazing 😍
