Truly ive never seen a team like limerick. They obliterated kilkenny who were 6 points ahead in the first half. And they ran out 9 point winners! Seriously scary how they just flicked a switch, and the scoring in the last 20 mins was insane. They are the greatest hurling team of all time. Easily.
Awesome squad so honest, hardworking, skillful, calm, so lucky to be witnessing and supporting a team for the age's giving such enjoyment to a County continously. It couldn't happen to a better bunch . The Kilkenny management team didn't help their players enough. Too focused on trying to stop Limerick play, they forgot about putting the ball over the bar. Then blaming some of the referee decisions really shows this management team has a lot to learn. Those Kilkenny players deserve better because they don't deserve to lose by that margin in any game.
It’s a professional team against the rest who are amateurs very difficult to compete with them unless you go professional like limerick but it’s just very unfortunate that no other country board can afford to do it
