Lesnar es un fenómeno, es un monstruo de 300 libras. Fue la primera gran super estrella de la UFC y si no hubiera sido por la diverticulitis y la operación su reinado hubiera sido más largo.
I’m glad he didn’t honestly. I think the way it happened was perfect. Lesnar got to get beat up a lot less and make a ton more money because of WWE. The UFC got a ton of exposure to new fans because of Lesnar’s already famous status with WWE. It was perfect
Aahhh the good old days of mma the days of mazzagatti and yamasaki back when you had to give your opponent brain damage or snap joints and bones to get a stoppage such good nostalgia
Man, that thai clinch reversal to the knee from Lesnar was terrifying, Randy was done right there, big heart to shape back up when he must have been rocked beyond belief before the next punches hit. I lost an amateur boxing bout in a similar way, I tried to keep pushing through being dazed and let me tell ya, it doesn't take a big hit to put the lights out when they're already dim and flickering at all.
And now, Brock Lesnar has become this mythical figure in the MMA world, and current fighters (For example: Khamzat Chimaev, Islam Makhachev) often use his name in the media to convey that they possess the highest possible level of toughness.
@I Voted For Biden And Love Abortion he gave ufc alot of money and fans, and he fought with a disease that couldve taken his life which is diverticulitis AND a surgery, so in general brock is the true goat in WWE and UFC

Yes it was 2 rounds and a TKO but for him to do as well as he did, at 220lbs against a 265lbs man (on weigh in night, let alone rehydrated, probably closer to 280lbs) 14 years younger than him, when Randy was 45 (Brock now is the age Randy was in this fight), fighting evenly with him, overpowering him up against the cage, damaging him, it's really awesome to see.
Exactly...randy was the real winner
@@dalibensouilah950no he wasn’t…
THE GOAT! ONLY MAN TO BE UFC AND WWE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
And youngest heavyweight champion
Fedor and Jon jones would beat him but he was very dangerous fighter for sure
I didn't know ufc exist before Brock Lesnar, the man brought a whole fandom with him 💪🏾 the beast
2:25 I like how Brock Lesnar didn't expect to knock out Couture but quickly siezed the opportunity once he saw he did.
Before Joes voice broke
Crazy size difference.. just look at the arms of the two men its like they are in a conplete different weight class
This is why Brock is my favorite during the Ruthless Aggression Era. I was sad when he left WWE for a while to pursue UFC but then he has all my respect.
*It's amazing to think that Lesnar had the success that he did in MMA with a major, debilitating medical condition. Had he (1) trained in and entered MMA at a young age and (2) not had the diverticulitis he'd have no doubt been the greatest heavyweight fighter of all time.*
Don't forget all the "special sauce" .
@@sneakyscorpia Definitely he has an edge but you just dont give the credit to roids. Haters will just say otherwise. Simply put Brock has the best genetics for fighting but never reached his fullest potential.
@@sneakyscorpia I'd say that with the diverticulitis, things evened out.
@@Renzo-eq9bulol best genetics for fighting. He didn’t like getting hit.
He wrestled throughout his teens and could have gone to the olympics. He's just like Kurt Angle, if Angle would have joined the UFC at an early age he would have had a huge edge, just like Severn did. Wrestling is just about everything, granted 70% of them go straight to the ground.
Love how he brought the heel persona to the octagon. People hated it at the first, then love it
Lesnar used to be a machine, "no doubt about that" and then, he met Cain Velasquez.
Brock wasn't what he once was after diverticulitis. Cain would've probably still beaten him with superior striking but it wouldn't have been the beatdown that it was.
Well Cain would beat most fighters.
@@alphared3772 I think it would've been. They're both pretty equal when it comes to wrestling but Cain is a far better striker. Brock on his best day wouldn't have stood a chance against Cain.
@@alphared3772 I heard you bro. Neither was Cain after all his injuries and surgeries. Remember that KO vs Nganou? It still hurts! Over all we are lucky to live on this era and watched all of this warriors perform. ✌🏼

Another display of absolute mastery of his craft from the master himself Wario "die for honor" Yamasakill

Both men are truly legends. Randy for being a multiple time heavyweight champ at his size and age while Brock is just a monster that became champ with barely any experience
That's some crazy ass punch at the end...lol😂😂😂
Everyone criticizing Yamasaki for not stopping the fight but he was just letting Couture be a warrior
Great, “I let Randy become a brain damaged warrior.”
Hes probably one of the most athletic big men ever... Dude could do a shooting star press (look it up its like a backflip into a pin from the top rope) was an nfl football player and won a ufc title just from sheer size and will alone. Hes a monster wrestler as well dudes that strong shouldnt be able to move that fast!
This was the era of the UFC when I first started watching. Plenty of all-time UFC greats at that time & Brock was the crossover star the UFC needed at to grow its fanbase & boost mainstream recognition.
Lesnar es un fenómeno, es un monstruo de 300 libras. Fue la primera gran super estrella de la UFC y si no hubiera sido por la diverticulitis y la operación su reinado hubiera sido más largo.
Quería ver sus peleas siempre
I would love to see this beast returning to the octagon....❤️
And fight Cain Velasquez! I wanna see Brock whoop his ass for redemption
@@ryanmichael3220 both are done, if they were to fight in 2022 Brock would kill Cain
Can u imagine what could have been happen if brock started his career in ufc not in wwe
I’m glad he didn’t honestly. I think the way it happened was perfect.
Lesnar got to get beat up a lot less and make a ton more money because of WWE.
The UFC got a ton of exposure to new fans because of Lesnar’s already famous status with WWE.
It was perfect
the only good thing would happen was undertaler streak would have been alive
Aahhh the good old days of mma the days of mazzagatti and yamasaki back when you had to give your opponent brain damage or snap joints and bones to get a stoppage such good nostalgia
Brock Lesnar: The Greatest NCAA, WWE and UFC Heavyweight Champion Of All Time!!!
That's right

How the hell did he survive that blow right onto the jaw!!!
There will never be another man like Brock Lesnar. Truly once in a lifetime athlete & showman
Theirs plenty

Man, that thai clinch reversal to the knee from Lesnar was terrifying, Randy was done right there, big heart to shape back up when he must have been rocked beyond belief before the next punches hit.
I lost an amateur boxing bout in a similar way, I tried to keep pushing through being dazed and let me tell ya, it doesn't take a big hit to put the lights out when they're already dim and flickering at all.
Yes, that was a beautiful knee. Randy did not even see it coming. Looked like a wwe knee right there
Remember watching this fight with my dad so awesome Brock Lesnar became heavyweight champion 👊
Hes freakish big and freakish strong! And quicker than you'd think for a fella that size!
That ref Just sat there and watched that man get pounded not even defending himself
Really enjoyed Brock Lesnar in the UFC 🙌
I remember watching this like it was yesterday
And now, Brock Lesnar has become this mythical figure in the MMA world, and current fighters (For example: Khamzat Chimaev, Islam Makhachev) often use his name in the media to convey that they possess the highest possible level of toughness.
I had been watching UFC for a few years when Brock jumped in and he definitely added some excitement to the heavyweight division!
Brock is a goat in my eyes. Not only did he beat some of the best he proved anything is possible. They thought he was a fraud lol
5 - 3 does not make you a "goat" 😆
"a goat" doesn't exist!! either he's "the goat" or he's not and in this case he's not!!😂😂
@@kalsven he was suffering diverticulitis when almost in his entire mma career so.
@I Voted For Biden And Love Abortion point
@I Voted For Biden And Love Abortion he gave ufc alot of money and fans, and he fought with a disease that couldve taken his life which is diverticulitis AND a surgery, so in general brock is the true goat in WWE and UFC
Randy and Brock have a lot of respect for each other. When Randy fought Noguiera (after Brock) Brock was cheering for Randy
Randy really was a freak of nature started at 33 ended at 47 nothing but top 3 guys all the way thru.
Inspiration until the end
he got his ass kicked by the beast incarnate
That is why it is justifiable that Lesnar ended Undertaker's WrestleMania streak
for real, we all know that brock was never an undefeatable heavyweight type of fighter. I know his record isn't that good but let's all respect the fact that he never had an easy road in the UFC. because of the hype around him, he only fought killers in UFC. even though he entered UFC as an entertainer/ pro wrestler.
Dude was roided the fuck out tho
He always fought old fighters, when faced young talent everyone knows what happened, Mir, Cain, Overroid.....
@@wesleymurray7028 I disagree there are even times that Brock fought clean in his career. There are even fights that Brock doesn't even looked lean more or less he's flabby.
@@wesleymurray7028 He was half his WWE size here and fought when almost everyone took steroids. You could take him and any other fighter then and have both take steroids or don't take steroids and he would 100% still be way bigger and stronger than the other fighter. You're clueless and hating because you're scrawny and weak.
@@aakudev You're clueless. He fought fighters his age or younger besides Randy. He was too sick to complete a full week of camp during his last losses and still took down the flabby prisoner twice. Shut up wimp.
lots of love and energetic vibe for brock and UFC
I watched the "knockdown" about 20 times and I guess the punch was so powerful that even though he never touched him with either hand , it must've produced a massive wind. And randy fell like a trailer in a tornado. I mean how else to explain failing without being hit
i thought the same thing...kinda looks like all jake pauls fights
A mighty wind
He does make contact with the back of his skull but I'm still very much on your side, the contact didn't seem like it anywhere near warranted the knockdown and it seemed more like his leg buckled than anything but it very clearly didn't. This shit is some Botchmania.

Seeing the delay on some of the hits these guys take is wild. That knee is what did him in, but he looked fine until he wiggled his head to dodge, and then the balance was gone.
Couture had the balls to call Lesnar lucky after getting hulk smashed 🤣
Should make a super heavyweight division for guys the size of Lesnar. Mismatch win.
The man was a phenom, still a total badass. There is no amount of money that would convince me to get in the ring with him.
That knee ring Randy’s bell. That little jab was the straw that broke the camels back. If this was the game, randy was rocked.
Just imagine how good Brock could’ve been if he’d gone straight to MMA after his college years.
