here are some huge tips for new players in the first descendant
make sure to NOT do these things and save some headaches
but also do NOT FORGET to do some of the things here also

some extra tips and tricks for those who haven't noticed some aspects of the game (directly from comments I took these ideas from)
One extra tip here @ 2:14 when you're showing how the filter works, you can also go up into the other tabs at the top of that pop-up window, and do the exact same process for your components & reactors too. If you're gonna be filtering out the weapons anyway, then you might as well do the same for the other two. Especially since they share inventory slots in your storage anyway, why not?
Also @ 10:22 when you're showing the capacity you have, you can level up your sub-attack module (in your case, kicking is the one you have equipped) and that will increase your descendant's total capacity as well. My apologies if any of this isn't 100% accurate, but I saw most of this on other videos or it's stuff I found on my own, but I'm not in-game ATM to verify any of it so I'm going off memory writing this.
Yes ,if you upgrade sub attack module , with every lvl you upgrade it it gives you 1 extra module capacity .
Purples mods for weapons are often hybrid, mean they are not really efficient early game. What you want during the story phase is level up your blue % ATK mod to the highest and then look at the base stats with F1. Crit and crit damage is for low fire rate weapons. So best way to not go wrong. ATK%, fire rate, weak point damage, element. Then when you ll put some catalysts on your weapon you start to play with yellow and purple mods. 8% magazine size on a 30 rounds weapons is 2 more bullets in your mag, so it's basically 6 or 7 points wasted.

Also for bosses I use a separate preset setting for my modules (we get 3!) so I just swap the enhancements for different bosses in that preset setting instead of changing my current set up for missions/farming
Thunder Cage is given as a freebie 2 times. First one is a 100% drop chance with a quest from the trainer bot right after completing the collection of Bunny, the second is another quest from the trainer bot when reaching lvl 40.
10:24 You missed that the melee modules don't take cap but instead give cap as you enhance them. So enhanced to 10 = 10 more cap points for other modules

The thunder cage maxed out is awesome the explosion for a kill is a 100% rate and the size increased to 5m. Pretty cool.
Purple weapons with yellow, purple, blue and elemental type are way better than ultimate weapons with white perks, just follow our Buddy tips on his videos where to farm and check those purple weapons for coloured perks and try them out
I need 1 more thunder cage to max it out. It's too sick to swap right now, nothing compares to it. Especially when I realized it still had white stats from when it was lvl 1, I only re adjusted it around lv weapon lv 45 and then it got a huge boost. One yellow elemental ATK , some crit, firearm ATK.
I wonder though, what is the most efficient time to re-adjust stats and level.... so far I've been doing the level up every 5 levels but the stats I wait longer. Precision phase's are quick to craft anyway
@@MartiaLEagle2007@aw6455bi Purples are often excellent, but an ultimate in an appropriate build will wildly out class them. Like Thunder Cage on Viessa, or Fallen Hope on Freyna.
@@hawkalypse7329 if you are talking about ultimate weapons to use an ultimate Reactor for me its so completed because u will get that 160% skill just if you have that ultimate weapon on your hand but if you have weapon 2or3 on your hand your getting just 100% skill this what they weapon mount however with a purple Reactor u will get 140% skill for all 3 weapons once u have 1 specific weapon equipped on on 1 of the 3 weapons slots so with purple build you get a 140% skill while you have on your hand any of the 3 weapons ultimate build its 160% just if you have on your hand the ultimate weapon that your reactor asking to mount
your melee mod give u capacity the first thing i did was max out my melee & HP mods out

@easynow in ur vid u said use thundercage against electric vulnerable collossus...doesnt thundercage do electric only on kills? as in it's a mobbing weapon, how is this good against electric vulnerable collossus?
I screwed up by dismantling my second thundercage. I guess you get two for the unique ability sub quest. I also used an activator on my gun, I should have used it on my descendant.
OMG... I just know there is filter for junk... This will surely make it easier during farming run
I've yet to run out of liquid metal. I think it's fine to keep 3 ultimate weapons relatively close to your level as you go through the story. Just do it every 10 lvls and you'll be fine
I was wondering the same thing😂 I have thousands of it I think like 5k rn and I’m barely at the 4th game area
I've been doing every 5 levels, precision phases are quick to craft anyway. The stats though, I'm not sure how many levels I should wait til I readjust for higher rolls. I noticed my thunder cage still had white stats around lv 45 so i gave it a readjust and it pumped it up pretty crazy. Thinking maybe 5-10 levels for readjust, as long as ur just rolling all 4 stats, no point wasting Mats to keep low rolls... although I'm not sure if the readjust would raise the tier of the roll u saved

Thanks I crashed those things every time if I don’t have something more important to craft I’m always crafting though or at least I was once you hit the level 100 it doesn’t matter everything that drops gonna be a level 100 as long as you’re in heart mode, but if you have made the thunder cage, for instance that’s a gun. You should be constantly bringing up to your current level. It is single-handedly one of the most important items they give you early in the game Between that and funny you can completely finish the game with just goes to thanks but your purple weapons go just keep swapping out like any looter shooter no point in wasting resources making items stop that you’re gonna outgrow and you know five level weapon weapon just equip so even if you’re not using them, let’s say your cage is already maxed out at 40 you can keep using it, but you will gain weapon proficiency and therefore level experience off of your second and third weapon slot, always make sure those weapons have something you haven’t maxed out in them to get up to level 10 a lot of crafting option but all of them resources to level transmission and re-roll your weapons to craft shit out of that eventually you’ll get the ability to craft you know 60 things at a time plenty of this and 60 of that pretty soon. If you don’t already have it, you’ll be able to make four of the items that matter in a craft, and you shouldn’t really be worrying about the restart. You’re gonna collect those resources

And enhancing module is what you shouldn’t do until you’re completely certain you want that module in hand there are some basic modules like increased them increase their points for instance that you just can go ahead and increase keeping in mind that unless you have multiple copies of those characters that don’t have the capacity will lose themthey won’t fit anymore again though you can go through the entire main story quest get the level 100 start getting some level 100 components start examining your figuring out what you need and Dancing modules, then worry about weapons that you should’ve just stashed that you might want to use and now I need to be upgraded. I mean, when I say upgraded Jews are level transmitted whatever you wanna say they want you open you get the level 100 to play this game like a typical looter shooter subway swapping out whatever is better than what you are using

Find reactor for a given character based on the webinar using all the time your primary Web is probably the one you shouldn’t be changing that much but you can also if it’s a purple reactor, you can have the weapon equipped anywhere to get you that 140% Either way you only need one so just clear all of them out and there’s no point in saving any of them unless you have one in there for another character which case you should favorite and then it won’t get selected for delicious point filtering level just delete everything except for when you’re using
I like faster reload on thunder cage rather than a couple extra bullets per mag
Also I think ppl need to know not to trash mods that they are switching out, so before you switch out mods for a fight or trash mods with out looking at what is selected.

Can’t wait delete it from so it won’t get selected unless you make some exception I mean seriously ultimate by default don’t get selected. Neither do the gear set.
Yeah, that’s not what therefore they don’t bring you to the level you’re at they bring you to the level of the weapon you sacrifice and you don’t need to be doing it all the time. We’re just starting noticing that you’re damage is falling off because you’ve leveled out the creatures scale with you and you start doing less damage you want to do is just swap out your weapon. Let you settle on one weapon, which is kind of a mistake because Weapon proficiency level game new match three level experience just like in Warf frame again if it works in Warr, it probably works here so using different weapons and leveling the proficiency of the weapon if your weapon proficiency is going up so is your mystery level experience don’t be sticking to the weapons all the time weapons have juice before and it’ll be faster But precision just swap the goddamn weapon get your primary flat with the higher level weapon savior resource for later you’re going to need them by the way you only need precision for you can grab four packs of the lesser less resources and a different kind of resource, but I’m just saying slap itall to us all right will grab the next highest click on so my level the very farthest left item will be the highest level thing you have scroll to the right on that role. You hit on a salt rifle or aura, white ammo item and put it in your primary weapon slot unless it’s something you just refused to use.
Ultimate by default so you don’t need a favor them they won’t select your set by default. It won’t select ultimate Spidey default stop fucking with the way it works then it works perfectly right out of the box. You just hold down the button. Select everything that you haven’t equipped or that isn’t an ultimate. Do you want something like a purple that’s got good stand. You may wanna level upgrade later then favorite it, you’re making this work instead of making it
Pro tip ~ don’t dismantle the mods lmao combine them all and get better ones lmao (you can always dismantle weapons)
They need to make customization earnable like in Destiny and warframe. Monetization is fine but the fact that every cosmetic is locked behind a paywall I don’t fuck with. Like atleast make some earnable colors and hairstyles. I love this game but it feels like a Gacha game
They're not locked. They're behind challenges. They are free as well.
If you upgrade the short sword it gives you more capacity, not sure if it works with the punch and kick and it only increases capacity it doesn't subtract capacity while upgrading
