I use both. exfoliate my skin twice a week so the lighting toner once and exfoliating toner once, it works on my skin well but don't forget to hydrate ur skin well after the exfoliate routine.
What product you used to hydrate it?

Toner is important for my skin. Im oily type. Im using Celeteque brightening toner alcohol free, with green tea Rucinol and Aha. So far this is my fave Cheap cleasing toner and last cleasing step and get ready with my skin care routine

I've stopped using toners and my skin is so much better without them. My skincare is only cleanser, essence and moisturizer from Safi.
Hiyaa.... Did safi's moisturizer save for acne and sensitive skin?
There is Essence toner. Toners could be Cleasing toner, Medicated toner or Essence toner. As acne prone, i cant do skin care w/o toner like mild aha toner coz im oily.
Its what's best for me.. I do have acne but rarely gets it now. If you feel using toners is a must then you do what's best for your skin....
If that works for your skin then you can continue ya

We don't care which country the skincare product is from; as long as it is good, we will use and buy 🫰
My skin shows no difference when I was using toner. So, I'm not using any now.
