First of all that car don't exist in gta, at least it doesn't look like that, second of all you can see the speedometer on the bottom left so that's two reasons of proof he/she is modding, third of all you can see tire marks so even if the car was real and all that crap the tire marks if proof he/she parked it there before recording, this is total clickbait
